I couldn’t ask for a better way to spend my final afternoon in Rome. Guido was both a very good tutor and excellent company. My watercolouring skills are minimal but he was patient and I learned more than I expected. We chatted as much as we painted and he shared his love for Villa Borghese, its birds and gardens, and the beauty of taking some time to really look at the world around you. One of my most memorable holiday experiences- Grazie Guido!
It was one of the best activities we ever made! I was a surprisingly nice activity with my daughter:) Guido is a very entertaining, interesting and extremely nice!! We recommend this activity with him!!! A very nice afternoon in which we learned a lot about aquarels!! Thank you so much Guido!!! Greats from Frederique and Cindy
This tour was not only a great way to tour the park grounds, but also learn a lot about watercolor painting! Guido was so much fun to talk to and he gave really great advice! He’s a super talented paper and he is so passionate about his craft you couldn’t help but get super into it. I’ve never done water coloring before so we he gave me a lot of tips to make it good! He was so kind and really enhanced our entire experience visiting the villa.
a wonderful afternoon with guido! great way to enjoy an afternoon in the villa borghesi. recommend strongly.
Where to begin. Not only did we get a taste of Italy and their most beautiful park, but we also learned valuable skills in the art of watercolor. Were we novices? Yes. But Guido was so patient, kind, and we learned every step with his attentive help. If you want a fun time with extraordinary company, Guido is your guy. 10/10 would do again.
We had a lovely time painting with Guido in the Piazzale del Museo Borghese! Guido is a phenomenal artist! He provides all the supplies and encouragement to paint several masterpieces. A great way to slow the day down and take it all in. Be sure to ask Guido about his dog and daughters!
Guido is a kind and thoughtful person and a skilled painter and teacher. I’m a very beginner painter and he made me feel at ease. He tailored the activities to meet my needs. I left with a stack of paintings and happy memories of painting in the Borghese Gardens.
Even though we had a hard time finding each other,Guido made every effort to find me and make sure I had a positive experience. We chatted and painted all afternoon. We were pleasantly interrupted by curious onlookers who only enhance the experience of being in the Villa Borghese. Guido is very talented and gently modeled by example. He shared some of his art, as well as some of others who had painted with him. It was a unique experience and one I would do again.
Great afternoon in the Park. Guido was very patient with us and provided guidance. No need to know how to paint or draw.
Fantastic experience! Thank you Guido for sharing your love of art in such a beautiful park setting. Guido is also an accomplished illustrator! Ask him about it when you go!
