Hear the fascinating story of the state of the Holy See, where the conclave is held to elect a new pope and the meaning of the name of the head of the Vatican. Sistine Chapel - Michelangelo's celebrated masterpiece, and part of the cultural deposit for all mankind. The ceiling of the chapel portrays the creation of Adam and includes paintings of the Last Judgment while wall frescoes depict the life of Moses and Christ.

Brilliant way to see St Peter's Basilica & the Sistine Chapel, without the queues. The guides took us right through the line-up without having to wait. The commentary by Francesca was fresh and interesting. Our party of 2 was late, but Franceska welcomed us when we caught up with the rest of the group. We saw so much, and then had the opportunity to go back and see more in further detail. A great tour of a landmark attraction.

Emma was very knowledgeable and was able to navigate the large crowds and highlight thr key things in the Vatican museums, st peters and the sistine chapel. A lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time and she did a nice job guiding us.
