Alex was very knowledgeable and accommodating, We didn't receive the tour we thought we bought. We wanted a St Peter's and Sistine Chapel tour but really got a museum tour. We saw the Sistine Chapel at the very end and the part of our group that went to St Peter's were left there and said her is it, Our tour should have been shorter with more time at St Peter's with the guide.
