With your priority access ticket, you will enter the Vatican Museums and follow your guide through some of the most impressive galleries in the world. You will walk along the Gallery of Maps, admire the Hall of Tapestries, and explore Raphael’s Rooms, where every wall is covered in Renaissance masterpieces. As you move through more than 7 kilometers of corridors and 11 museums, your guide will point out works by Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Caravaggio, and Michelangelo, helping you understand the history, symbolism, and papal legacy behind these treasures. You will experience one of the richest art collections on the planet.
Your visit continues inside the Sistine Chapel, the most iconic space in the Vatican Museums. Here you will stand beneath Michelangelo’s ceiling frescoes, including the world-famous Creation of Adam, and look upon the monumental Last Judgment above the altar. Before entering, your guide will give you all the essential explanations, as silence is required inside. - A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops are allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for men and women. You may risk being refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- Please note that capacity and safety regulations may delay the tour departure This may also affect the smooth running of the tour, especially during national holidays and events.
- All visitors must go through the monument / attraction security check, please allow at least 30 minutes for security to clear.
