My tour guide was a treasure trove of information. Martina gave the details behind each statue like the Sicilian jasper used and what the skeleton and the hourglass meant. It was exciting to go down into the tombs of former popes and to hear about Nero the lad vis a vis Nero who killed for sport. And even why the bullet proof glass was installed and we cld no longer touch Jesus' feet. If you book her she will tell which pieces LOL! High energy, historical facts, patience and a thoroughly entertaining. Good job Martina!

I participated in a tour of the historic center of Rome in a golf cart, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The tour was cultural, interesting, and at the same time very fun. We visited the most important and picturesque places in Rome, chosen with great care and attention, and each stop was rich in history and curiosities. The guide was exceptional: knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer questions. They made the journey engaging and enjoyable, creating a very friendly atmosphere throughout the experience. I greatly appreciated both the company and the impeccable organization of the tour. It is a convenient and original way to discover the wonders of Rome without sacrificing the quality of the explanations and the pleasure of the visit. Had some complications and we ended up not being able to make the tour on the day it was scheduled. Mike reached out and went above and beyond to accommodate us and found a tour for the next day. As for the tour, I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see more of Rome. Our tour guide was Savada and she was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We booked the experience several weeks prior to our visit. We received an email that due to some scheduling at the Basilica our time changed. That was fine, but when we showed up to the place, they didn’t have a record of us. When they finally found the record, we realized we were with a large group, though the Tour said small group, which is one of the reasons we chose it. The tour guide was fabulous. Alexandra was lovely and informative and tried so hard. She was the best part of the tour. It definitely seemed like organized chaos and trying to get in with the heat and pushing and shoving individuals was disappointing. The headsets didn’t work that great either. We choose the Tour because of the company being called not so boring tours. The tour was highly informative and historical and packed a ton of information in but I think we would have been better off doing this on our own.
We’re very sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience. However, the crowds, pushing, and heat are unfortunately an uncomfortable part of visiting the Vatican during high season and are not directly related to the tour itself. For guests who prefer a quieter and more comfortable experience, we usually recommend visiting Rome during months such as February or December, when tourism is significantly lower and the Vatican is much less crowded. We are very glad to hear that Alexandra did a great job that day and that you enjoyed her guiding. Normally, we keep our tours quite small, usually around 12 people or fewer, in order to provide a more personal and manageable experience. It is unfortunate that your visit was affected by the seasonal conditions, but we truly appreciate your feedback and hope that, should you return to Rome in the future, you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
The guys working for the company were amazing! We got mixed up at the beginning, but they were able to meet us in line, come find us, and were so friendly the whole time. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the headcount, so we couldn’t be part of the tour, but the staff were incredibly kind and gave us a full refund. We still got into the museum and the Sistine Chapel, which we really appreciated! It’s a shame we missed the tour because we’ve only heard great things about this company, but next time we come to Rome we’ll definitely book with them again!

We had travel delays that were going to make us miss our tour. Viator was not helpful but this was our provider and they know how to provide customer service! They pushed our start back by an hour and it was an amazing tour! Sevada was our guide and she is easy to be around, was amazing with the stories and connecting us with the fun facts of St. peter’s. My family had the most amazing experience and we highly recommend this company!

Sevada was absolutely amazing!!! We were in the area and asked to start early if she was available so she met us an hour before our scheduled time and we headed over to get in line. Over the next few hours she guided us through the Basilica and had amazing insights and knowledge into everything we were seeing. My girlfriend and I agreed that was the best money we spent during our ten day trip through Italy! Would highly recommend!!!
