Scenic drive mostly along coast, full comentry, many stops, informed driver. No water provided, not good for a drink tour
This company stole my money. I waited for over 30 minutes at the pickup area, and then when I finally went back to my room, they called and said they were running late. By the time I walked back to the front pickup area, and waited another 10 mins, the driver said that he had already left and to take a Lyft to Diamondhead. When I finally got to Diamondhead, the driver had already left and wouldn’t pick up the line. I called several times before finally just giving up. They kept my money, wouldn’t even offer me a partial refund, and they were the ones that were originally late. Business is business, but if the driver or company hadn’t been late to initial pickup location, or at least sent a text or email, none of this wouldn’t have occurred. I still want my money.
This was a very fun tour. We really enjoyed it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave some good history on the tour. Our guide was funny and energetic. The level of patience this guy had was incredible. We had some very rude people on our tour that did not keep to the allotted time and he navigated this very well. Each stop had some fantastic picture opportunities. The lunch was good and they gave huge food portions. The other snacks were small samples -which was fine considering you get a full lunch. I was really looking forward to the Dole Plantation and it was on my list of things to do while visiting the island. I'm really glad that I did it as part of this tour as it ended up being a flop for me. Mostly a gift shop unless you want to pay extra to do the maze and we thought the dole whip was included with the tour but it was extra. Otherwise I highly recommend this tour to see many areas of the island. We got to see where the film "From Here To Eternity" was filmed and other gorgeous sites. The bus was a little rough to travel in with the bumps in the road, but other than that we got to see a lot that we wouldn't have otherwise seen as we did not get a car rental.
It was a great way to briefly see all the sites of the island. Our tour guide, Shelly was very pleasant, enthusiastic and entertaining. She kept us laughing. She gave us info of local sites and “where to” and “how to” places throughout the trip. It was a very filled day of sites. All were beautiful, many were breathtaking!! It gave us an intro to know where to go back to spend more time. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed our day.
This was a very fun tour. My kids really enjoyed it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave some good history on the tour. Each stop had some good picture opportunities. My kids enjoyed getting to go to different areas. The lunch was amazing and they gave huge food portions. The other snacks were small samples. The only part I could have done without was the pineapple dole plantation. Mostly a gift shop unless you want to pay extra to do the maze and we thought the dole whip was included with the tour but it was extra. Otherwise I highly recommend this tour to see many areas of the island.
So fun. Shelly was our guide she was fun and very informative!! Great way to get your souvenirs while supporting the locals!
Just finished this 7-hour circle tour of Oahu and it was very poor. The food was very poor and minimal, and the driver mostly just talked about their kids and other inane subjects. It felt like being stuck on a 7 hour flight next to a chatterbox. And they only stop at tourist traps. We regretted taking this trip.
Shelly was amazing and funny.
Tour driver extremely knowledgeable and on his game, very personable. Lots to see & experience. Highly recommend! Food experience was great. Took us to see a nice mix of island views and sights
Our tour guide was very informative. He discussed the history of the island and the other islands. Along the way, he showed us the beach access for the locals and let us know that it would be a real "Hawaiian" experience to leave Waikiki for the day and drive along the coastline to check out the beaches and the pipeline. He was very patient with a few of the tour people who always showed up after the given timing to leave. Always a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Great at providing historical facts and seems very passionate about Hawaii. This is a must see and a wonderful experience with the local food through many food samples.
