- Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.
- Bookings made less than 24hr before the tour start time, cancellation policy still applies, and no refunds will be issued
- In the event that the US Navy suspends boat operations or for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Your tour still includes a successful pickup driving tour, providing admission to the visitor center, museums, and bookstore. Alternative options: Tour time will extend if US Navy boats resume with reasonable time. Unscanned Arizona & Missouri tickets remain valid for seven days should you wish to arrange self-transport to the memorial at another time.

Overall, we had a great experience. It was easy to book the tour and to make changes at the last minute when we had to reduce the participant count. Our guide was knowledgeable and told many stories both on the way and back from the memorial about the region, the war, and famous people that grew up in the area.
Excellent experience. The timing is perfectly planned. Not too long, not to short. We had enough time to go through the exhibition, read, learn, and watch the movie.
Samuel was our driver and he was absolutely fantastic! He kept us engaged with history, local facts, and humor. The ride was air conditioned and comfortable and he gave us advice on how to get the most out of our time at Pearl Harbor. He was also very respectful on the veterans who are remembered there and in the cemetery nearby. I would recommend this to everyone!
Our experience seemed rushed and it seemed like we didn't have enough time at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. I wish we would've know that to/from the Memorial counts as part of the 4 to 5 hour tour.
It was a pleasant and enriching experience, and the places are definitely worth visiting. However, for those who want to explore them more deeply, I would recommend setting aside a little more time. To avoid rushing, we skipped the submarine and focused on the museum and the memorial. The transfer went smoothly, and our guide was very well organized and knowledgeable, providing interesting and informative explanations throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in history and meaningful cultural experiences.
Pearl Harbour it's self is an incredible place and a must do visit to pay respect to those who lost their lives for us. I would not recommend the tour however, entry to the monument is free and apart from transfer to and from, it is the only attraction included - other points of interest you pay a separate entry, if I was to go again, I would take an Uber, do things are your own time and pace.
Somber experience. You don't realize how many life's have been taken due to politics.
The tour was great, but the tour guide scared my kid by telling her that she needed an ID that she already said she didn't have or we could get in a lot of trouble. She worried about it until we saw that there was no way anyone would need to show their ID. The guide should be careful about saying stuff like that. It didn't ruin our experience, but it made for a terrible start. He also lectured everyone on the bus for not listening to him when he reviewed information we already had. It stopped us from talking even when he said we could go ahead again.
Great experience for a good value
Outstanding experience. The bus was on time and the guide was knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend Victor for planning tours.
