Pickup Locations & Times
- the driver service from the metro (pick up & drop off) is included in this ticket but if you prefer to reach the experience location on your own, please advise us by email when booking; -Our Driver will pick up at the starting time at Ottaviano metro Station, (metro line A), our driver will be at the metro entrance and will show a sign saying ‘Top Truffle Experience Driver’. - please check in advance if there are any strikes or problems in Rome with public transport or taxis to get to the meeting point so that you can organise yourself better and not miss our pick-up.

This was the most amazing experience that we have ever encountered! Everything was just perfect from the start! We got picked by a private driver and got taken to a private estate where we met up with our experienced truffle guide and his dog. Despite the fact that it was raining, we ended up having so much fun! We were even given rain boots to accommodate us for the weather. The dog was a rockstar! He was so happy searching for the truffles. This is such an undescribable feeling when you finally find the truffle! Unbelievable! And then, our adventure continued, as we participated in a cooking class with a professional Chef. That was so much fun! We learned how to make traditional pasta and an authentic Tiramisu. The best part was having that amazing five course meal by the fireplace and enjoying delicious wine from the local winery. We did not want the day to end! I would definitely recommend this adventure for everyone who is looking for something very unique and authentic. It was worth every dollar! They say that money can't buy happiness, but in this case, it really can!

Truly an unforgettable experience with our daughters. They feel in love with Ronni our Truffle dog. We found four black truffles in about 45 minutes. Lunch after was amazing with the private chef. Our family would highly recommend this for most anyone.

Such a wonderful experience, it was the highlight of my family’s visit to Italy. The property was beautiful, the people were warm, and the food was truly amazing. It was one of our best meals in Italy. I would certainly do this excursion again when I next visit Rome.

Wow! What an amazing authentic Italian experience. Highly recommend this tour from the friendly driver collecting us to the truffle hunting dogs and knowledgeable guides. A fantastic cooking experience led by a wonderful chef and a delicious 4 course truffle inspired lunch.DO IT!!! This should be on your bucket list 10/10

Did this tour in January. Was suprised to see there was a Truffle Hunting tour in Rome as most truffle tours were for Northern Italy. Niccolo and Giovanni picked me up at a metro station and drove about 20km out of the city center to the private estate. It was a bit of a rainy day. I was the only one on the tour and Niccolo and Giovanni explained the process to me and what I can expect. After some time of walking through some trees and brush, the dogs "sniffed" out two large truffles. After the "hunt", we went back to the estate to warm up. The tour description included a cooking demonstraton. But to my surprised, I got the privilege to make pasta with chef Jacapo. The dishes he prepared using the truffles that we found, from starter, entree and dessert was very delcious. It was great meal with lots of wine topped this tour and comraderie with some wonderful hosts, including the general manager of the estate. In summary, I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a foodie experience and some outdoor time. Also, again many thanks to Niccolo, Giovanni and Jacapo...Ciao!

This tour exceeded my expectations. the truffle hunteng was a thrilling adventure, and the lunch was a Michelin-star meal. Loved learning how to cook with truffles. 100% recommend!
