I note that several people had booking problems with this company but yet these people a chance to be recredited.... which is not my case. I booked with prepayment in accordance with the conditions, a van for a pickup at the airport. Transfer Service Rome cancelled this reservation itself and never refunded the €100 payment. Emails exchanged with Fabrizio in support, who announced a refund that we never received. That's ugly! We were here for a pilgrimage! Lie and scam!

Our driver was waiting for us when we exited the baggage claim area at the airport. He assisted us with our luggage, was very friendly and welcoming to us. Gave us some great pointers on the area such as good restaurants and “must sees”. We would definitely recommend this service. It took away our stress figuring out how we were going to get to our final destination after a long travel day.

I called the evening before to get a ride back to the airport because another company cancelled last minute. I got an instant response and driver came early and was waiting patiently for me and my husband. Smoothly easy ride to the airport from hotel.

Our driver took care of us from the very start by helping us avoid the downpour as much as possible and calling the flat owner to alert her of our arrival as our phones were not working when we landed.

Everything is very beautiful but there are so many tourists even mid-September that you don't feel the "dolce vitae" or the Italian Mood you can find in Venice, Milan... Many sirens (police, ambulances...) at all hours of the day and night. Avoid the guided tour in groups because traffic jams in groups make the experience unbearable. In short, you must have seen it and we don't come back 😊

Punctual and easily identified at the airport. Grab your luggage and exit the building and the driver is there with your name on a sign. From there, it's a bit of a walk to the limo but the driver drags the big stuff.
