Driver Brino did not even inquire about the route and the events. Once he got past the traffic, he drove like a madman.
Cheap and comfortable way to get into the city centre, well signposted and buses were running frequently.

Look into other options first. If you are more than one person, a taxi or Uber may be better value (we paid €36 plus metro fees for 4 people but an Uber would only have been €40 door to door). Staff appear tired and miserable (not helpful or even vaguely interested). All bags, including hand luggage, have to go under the bus apart from very small handbags so separate out anything valuable to keep it safe. The sign always says “bus in ten minutes” but they wait until the bus is entirely full so we waited over half an hour. We wouldn’t use this company again - a lesson in reading reviews and doing research.
Horrible, the journey from the airport to the center of Rome is done without air conditioning. It was at least 30 degrees on the bus.

I waited an hour for the bus, only for the worker at the desk to lousily say the next one is too full and you cannot take it. I told her I bought the ticket for the 12:30 one (I arrived at noon) and had been waiting an hour. It was 1 pm, and she said the next bus is at 1:50 because the one at 1 pm is "sold out." They oversell their tickets, and it will take a while to get into the city. Overall, their service and hospitality is subpar and the lady honestly didn't even listen to me because I'm sure she spews this nonsense all the time to different tourists. I took matters into my own hands and got on the next bus anyway, and it worked. So don't listen to her if she says the next one is full, just go on anyway.
Excellent service-QR code on bus stop stand along with times for all coaches over all days. Pleasant staff, comfortable seats, coach left at exactly the departure tine advertised. Total cost for 2 adults €18. Excellent service

We did not have a good experience with Terravision. Upon arrival at the airport, the bus was already full, so we had to wait one hour for the next one. This was not due to a delay—the buses were running on time, but they simply filled up quickly. The return journey from Rome to the airport was even worse. We were traveling with two children and had to stand in a long queue to board the bus. It quickly became clear that far more people wanted to take the bus than it could accommodate. As boarding started, the situation became chaotic. Although there was a queue, it was not respected at all. As the bus filled up, people began pushing aggressively from all sides just to get on. Some passengers who had been waiting near the front of the line were unable to board despite waiting patiently. Families were separated, and children started crying due to the stressful situation. It is clear that too many tickets are being sold compared to the actual capacity of the buses. Some passengers were simply left behind. The fact that tickets are valid for 24 hours without a specific time slot contributes directly to this problem. In my opinion, tickets should be tied to a specific departure time to avoid overcrowding and unsafe situations like this. Overall, a very frustrating and poorly managed experience. I would not recommend this service, especially for families.
A shame, more tickets sold than seats on the bus so stuck at the airport until the next one. There are other bus services to the centre, don’t take this one!
Very easy to use, quick and efficiency! staff are great .. very friendly and helpful. We were going to take a taxi back to campino on return but decided to get the bus again and so glad we did as we saved so much money and it was so easy as it’s the same stop as drops you off. The timetable is also printed on bus stop and website to book tickets are easy we just used Apple Pay ( we did see people buying tickets of staff before boarding too) I would get there at least 20 mins before boarding as a queue forms.. one thing I would suggest is that people who have not pre bought tickets should be made to go to back of queue as they rudely pushed in front of us.
