The Very Best Tour of Rome

This experience was so fabulous due to our private tour guide Chris. He picked us up on time and whisked us away in his black Tesla. We meet the kindest man and great smile ever. Chris was amazing and took us to everywhere he knew we should see. We spent the day seeing the high lights of Rome through his eyes, and this was a great way to see Rome. As we drove to all the places he had for us to see, he spoke to us in his kind voice and made sure we were imparted with information. The day was amazing and he made sure to drop us off to have something to eat after four hours of touring . Chris even photos to show us what we were seeing in Rome. I felt very safe being in his capable hands in such a majestic city as Rome .After the long day touring and seeing the city we felt so good he was as our private tour guide. He took excellent care of us and made sure were felt safe in his hands . If you have to see Rome in one day Chris is surly your man. We would definitely be our number one choice of private tour guides for Rome. At the end of our tour we felt enlightened and quite happy with our long day touring. This was the best money I have EVER spent on vacation! We came as a port call on a cruise. We read the reviews and made contact with Cris a couple of months in advance. From the very beginning Cris was engaging and his goal was to create the perfect Rome experience for our group of four adults. For the months prior to our visit Cris patiently answered questions and provided guidance. We paid half of what the cruise excursion would have cost our group and we were not herded like cattle. We were picked up right as we stepped off the ship. Excursion tour buses were still arriving as we drove off in a Mercedes van limo. Clean and late model. Our driver guide Daniel was in a suit and tie and was like a chauffeur limo driver and local guide in one package. Tissues, mints and bottled water were provided (nice touches). On the drive to Rome he gave us the history and pointed out sites while en route. We talked about everything Italy, we were totally immersed. Cris provided the itinerary in advance and we not only accomplished all of it, we even added a couple of extra stops we wanted to see and Daniel made it work. Time management was well executed without feeling rushed. Daniel was the perfect tour manager and guide. He would drop us off right at the feature we were visiting so time and steps were not wasted. Once we completed the itinerary, he had us back at the ship precisely at the scheduled arrival time. We plan to return to Rome and stay in the city. We will still book our days with Cris because of the extra value he and his company bring. Not to mention that we NEVER felt unsafe. He never led us to areas that were not American friendly. What an amazing service. Our group has been traveling the world for over 40 years and all agree this was the best operation we have encountered!

We had a wonderful day exploring Rome with Marco, he is extremely knowledgeable about his heritage of Rome and all the historical sites. His driving skills are exceptional, and he customize the trip to suit my husband and I. He took us to a beautiful authentic restaurant for lunch and we got to see so many sites and learned so much with him. I would highly recommend this trip. He is extremely professional and a very nice person..

Marco was our guide for a day in Rome. He was a skilled driver who could seamlessly show us pictures and present what we were going to see while at a stop. As we approached he pointed out and identified Rome’s ancient ruins as well as modern favorite spots. He allowed us time for soaking up the beauty and to save it on photos. He made good use of time and kept us moving all over the sights we wanted to see. The day was one we will savor in our travel memories. We would recommend this tour.

This was our first time in Rome and Marco was so informative!! We learned a great deal about the history and culture of Rome on our all day tour. We are very happy that he started the driving tour early morning and hit popular sights before they were more crowded. He allowed us time to see and photograph the sights!! Would recommend him to anyone that interested in using Marco and this tour company!!

Our tour guide was Alberto who was A-mazing. He is very energetic and considerate. It was a very hot day and he did an excellent job taking care of the family. He is so knowledgeable as he was born very near Vatican. His intimate knowledge of the roads navigating in small streets to avoid travel saved us a lot of time. Alberto also arranged for us an excellent lunch. My family and I had lunch with him as he was a great person who provided us with so intimate knowledge of Rome that cannot be found in the internet. His vehicle was clean and very comfortable especially on a 40deg C day. We highly recommend this tour to anyone would would like a personalised trip. In addition, Cristiano was great as he was in touch with us over phone to discuss our personlised expectations. This made our trip more enjoyable. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a meomrable time in Rome.

This was an incredible day!! Our guide was very knowledgeable, personable and flexible. We saw so much in one day. Our group included ages from 12 to 70 and it was great for all.

Excellent company our tour guide /driver was exceptional . We were only in Rome for 2.5 days . Christanio got us to all the highlights and then some. Would absolutely recommend this company and Christanio he was extremely knowledgeable and excellent English .
