4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐: Our Uber canceled twice making us late. I reached out and Flavio, the driver, came directly to our hotel without hesitation. That set the tone for the entire evening. We toured Rome’s iconic sights at a relaxed pace with plenty of stops for photos. Flavio even gave us each a coin to toss in the Trevi Fountain — such a thoughtful touch. Note: Trevi Fountain entry is €2/pp not included in the tour but not a big deal. Please note the first Sundays there is usually free entry into the monouments but as an evening tour the Pantheon and Vittoriano were closing by the time we got there. The tour gave me a sneak peek into what I needed to go back and visit. Historical commentary could use a bit more depth. But Flavio’s warmth and exceptional customer service made this a Rome highlight. Highly recommend!
