Awesome experience! Nice way to get tickets to the attic! The attic is very worth it! It is very limited number of people so it feels very private and not so crowded! Lots of space for pictures! The views are also incredible! It was also super smooth entry!
Tickets were sent a couple days in advance with the link to the audio. The audio was a protected drop box file and was ok. I would use the Rick Steves app instead so everyone in your party can listen easily. This tour is well worth it. Very few people are in this area, it’s above the crowd and a great view.
I actually bought this as a backup ticket in case I wasn't able to get a Full Experience Attic ticket directly on the Colosseum official website - I did wind up getting a direct ticket and using that one, but because it's such a common issue these days, I wanted to write a confirm that the ticket I got through this operator was valid, I received it via WhatsApp the day before the event and it was identical to the ticket I got through colosseo.it. A lot of people have reported that they are let down by 3rd parties at the last minute, but this ticket was 100% legitimate and it came through for me just fine. I didn't really find the audioguide that useful since the files are provided via Dropbox and you can't download them. So you do need to maintain a constant internet connection and can't use your phone's camera app and listen to the guide at the same time. So please do be aware that this is JUST a Colosseum Full Experience Attic ticket and access to audioguide files, it is NOT a guided tour. With that expectation, it is a good value if you don't fancy waking up early and spending 3-4 hours trying to get one of these very rare tickets on the official site. The Attic tickets are fantastic because you can see the entire inner Colosseum, and because only 8 people are allowed on the upper levels at a time, there are no crowds. I had the whole upper level to myself for about 30 minutes.
My only complaint was the late delivery of my Colosseum tickets - end of the day before my visit. I didn’t need them earlier but I wondered if they were going to be transferred to me and I had an early morning reservation. Visiting the Colosseum attic was wonderful - it is hard to understand how we could only run into a handful of people during our time in the attic when the levels below were packed. If it fits into your plans I highly recommend this “premium” way to experience the Colosseum.
Tickets worked awesome 👌 i mean getting these tickets are worth it. Even the roman hip pain after. Issue was the audio guide. It was not good or long. I did have to contact them to get the tickets though.
After navigating the lines to get inside, which can be quite long, there is almost no wait and no other people to get to the upper floors. It’s very private with very few people around. It feels like you have the upper floors to yourself. I would recommend this highly. And when you exit you still get to see a lot of the ground floors which also are great for pictures.
less tourist interference, able to take pictures of our outing without the crowd, 25th anniversary tour after our honeymoon in 2001
As the tittle says: The view, the pictures (that you take), and the crowds (the lack there of) is essentially what you pay for the access to the attic. It is totally worth the price. We had a wonderfully seamless experience, and loved every bit of it.
Higher price tag but so much easier then obtaining these hard to get tickets! I tried to book tickets myself 30 day and it was impossible to buy. Buying it through here made it so much easier and they sent the tickets a few days prior to the ticket date. As long you follow their instructions about how to obtain the ticket you are in safe hands!
It was very nice to go to the top of the coliseum, but I couldn't download the app to listen to the audio. The Roman Forum and the Palatine Forum are fantastic
