Our operator was very friendly and knowledgeable. We waited in quite a long line, and she explained a lot about the history of what we were going to see. The only negative was that we were asked to meet the operator 10 minutes before our tour began, and they did not office open the office until after our tour was scheduled to start.
Climb to top was worth it, but honestly if you are claustrophobic don't attempt the climb. Otherwise go for it
