Our tour will start in Restauradores, where the Obelisk and the famous Elevador da Gloria are located.
This famous old elevator transports people from the Restauradores to São Pedro de Alcântara.
Beautiful Manueline style train station.
In this square we can see the D. Maria II Theater and the D. Pedro IV Statue.
This former elevator used to transport people from Rua Áurea to Largo do Carmo where the ruins of the Carmo Church are located.
It was at this place where the 25 April revolution took place.
One of the first Jesuit churches in the world. Here we can see the statues of the Lottery Man and Father António Vieira.
From here we can see the Castle and all the hills on the other side of the city.

Stop for photo. The Assembly of the Republic meets daily at the São Bento Palace. It is a parliament only, consisting of 230 Deputies, elected by multi-member circles for four-year terms. At the rear of the building is the Prime Minister's Official Residence.

Here we will stop to admire one of the most beautiful views in the city. We will be able to see Alfama (the second oldest district in Europe) and admire the unique tiles of Santa Luzia Church.
You will also be able to see São Vicente (securing the symbol of Lisbon), Alfama (the second oldest neighborhood in Europe).
In this area we can see the Church and one of the oldest villages, Vila Sousa.

We will pass in the area where the Flea Market is held every Tuesday and Saturday.
We reached the highest point of the city - Nossa Senhora do Monte Viewpoint - the main viewpoint of the city. At this point we can also see the Church of Saint Genes.

What a fantastic way to see Lisbon! Our guide Ruca picked us up footsteps from our hotel, explained where and even sending a picture of his bright red Tuk Tuk / ATV! I booked the 2 hour tour of Lisbon Old Town months before our trip to Portugal and booked on our only full day in Lisbon. We were only there for 2 nights and this tour really gave us the lay of the city, so to speak. Ruca was so knowledgeable, respectful and funny! This was such a delightful 2 hours! The cost was a bargain at $50.00 a person. My sister in-law, husband and myself absolutely loved this beautiful city and want to return someday! Thanks Ruca for showing us your Lisbon! An absolute highlight of our trip! Booking a private tuk-tuk tour was the best decision we made for navigating Lisbon's famous hills. Was a great experience and went above and beyond! We had a accident and he volunteered to go pick me and my husband up at the hospital to meet up with the other one we had booked as it would be faster than us taking a cab to them.
