Pickup Locations & Times
We offer convenient pick-up services for hotels located in the city center. For accommodations outside this area, we have two alternative meeting points: the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa on Avenida da Liberdade, or the Kiosk in Jardim do Tabaco, close to the Cruise Terminal. If you’re unsure whether your address is within our service area, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll gladly confirm for you. In case you decide later and haven't specified a pick-up location in advance, the default meeting spot will be the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa. For those choosing the pick-up near the Cruise Terminal, once you disembark, simply cross the street and look for our tour guides at the red kiosk right after the pedestrian crossing.

- Private and costumizable Tour. All customers with reservation must be ready in 5 min prior to the tour start.
- The Eco Tuk Tuk has a transparent cover. It can be closed in case of cold weather or rain.
- A maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg.
- Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended for people with physical or mental disabilities, people with prostheses, back or hip problems.
- A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
- Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
- Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.
- No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).

Our tour with Barbara in a Tuk Tuk was great. Barbara did a great job listening to things we wanted to see and tailoring the tour to what we wanted to see. She listened well and adjusted accordingly. As an example, we had seen some of the Belém area already so she focused on the old city. She also asked us our interests so she could include them accordingly. She was insightful and a wealth of knowledge. We did a 3 hour tour focusing on the main old city of Lisbon and it was the perfect amount of time. We travelled with two kids and she did a great job including them to make them feel a part of the tour. She is very professional. She also had a microphone so we could hear her nice and clear. Someone we met in a Lisbon recommended Boost Portugal as they had done a Tuk Tuk tour with them a few days prior and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this tour company for a Tuk Tuk ride as I have heard sometimes if you pick up a Tuk Tuk on the side of the road those guides are not from Lisbon and may not be as knowledgeable. Lastly, this tour is the way to go to city all of the city and avoids walking up and down all of the hills in Lisbon. So glad we chose to do this tour.

Great tour. Saw the major sights around town in the 2 hour tour. Catalina arrived early and shared some great info about the city while taking us around in the tuktuk. Be aware that the ride could be bumpy due to the hills and cobblestones! Overall, would recommend. My only feedback would be that it would be helpful to add in a little bit more historical background for some of the stops.
What a great way to see the city!!! Our guide Will was super knowledgeable and very accommodating. He stopped at wonderful look out points for us to enjoy the views and spoke to us on the ride sharing great history and tips for our visit to Lisbon. I highly recommend this tour!
