Great experience, very well worth it!
It was a really great tour. I booked at the hotel with UWE, a globally experienced diving instructor. Here I learned a lot about the upcoming tour in advance. Uwe took us by boat to a wind sheltered island. While snorkeling two nice other people secured, so you were absolutely safe. The sea was unfortunately a bit agitated that day, so visibility was impaired. Nevertheless, it was all top organized, great Atlantic snorkeling experience and the price is fine. I can only recommend the tour. Peter J.

Amazing! Even for an (ex) SCUBA diver, this tour was amazing. I have never snorkeled in this kind of pool before and the number of species was much higher than expected. Especially the Octopuses and the territorial Groupers was fun. I went during low season. Even though I was the only one on the tour, the tour took place and I felt very welcomed!
So much fun! We saw amazing sea creatures and all of it with warmth, care and a great sense of humour from Mathias. Sherlock needs a pay rise as he clearly is the brains behind the operation. Recommend 100%. Best tour of our holiday. So many memories. Thank you.

I really liked the activity and felt pretty safe with the guide. I recommend, even for those who do not have any experience or knowledge.
We booked the tour on recommendation of our friends who had done the tour a few years earlier. We stayed in Funchal and took the early ferry over and met Mateus at the port. A short drive later we were in a protected rock pool where I met my first live octopus which has been a dream of mine for years. The rock pool had other fish but the octopus and Mateus dog Sherlock were the stars of the show - well worth the price and the early start….well deserved 5 stars
Perfect tour with the most friendly and coolest instructor. We saw an octopus and a lot of colorful fishes. My two teenage boys had a fantastic day
Excellent day I never expected to see so many sea creatures and fish just snorkeling, made sure others were safe and found fish and other things I couldn't see until they were pointed out to us. Great day.
