It was an amazing your... so much to see.... Our guide was very knowledgable of the history. We ended up as the only two people on the tour... so it became a private your. I am 72 years old... don't always hear so well.... but I understand about 1/3 of what our guide was saying... her English is not so good
We waited over 30 minutes for the guide to turn up. No one answered phone calls or responded to texts. Finally we hear from the company that the tour guide cannot make it and can we reschedule in 3 days. Worst customer experience and service. His company shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Take your money and then don’t show up.

Our host, Deborah Virgili, was outstanding with her knowledge and sharing that knowledge of the Vatican with us. She was very excited to be doing the tour. She was personable and understood exactly the capabilities of having a person in a wheelchair.
Hello Thank you for your feedback. Best wishes
We couldn’t be more pleased. Our guide made the tour personal and informative. From the second we found him holding our names outside the museum until we finished the tour. This was my second visit and it was like being there the first time.

My family and I had the most wonderful time on this tour! My mother was in a wheelchair and there were plenty of accessible pathways and lifts to help. Serena was an AMAZING guide and was so friendly, she made the experience that much better, and she made us feel extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this tour; we were all able to see everything and learn so much about the history of the Vatican!

Excellent tour with Franz. Tour started on time, skipped lines, whizzed thru security. Franz was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and made our trip to the Vatican one to remember!

Our tour guide Michael(Michelle), was completely informative and self aware that he was guiding an individual with ADA requirements. He was cheerful, funny and made every effort to make our wheelchair accessible tour of the Vatican a memory that I and my wife will always cherish. A+++ Michael!

From start to finish, this tour was absolutely fascinating. Our guide was Deborah and she was just incredible. Her knowledge was infinite, she smiled throughout, she made navigating the fairly complicated route through the inevitable crowds of people far, far easier than it could possibly have been otherwise, in a wheelchair. Deborah clearly loves her job, and her subject. She explained works of art, their construction, their timelines, and their ‘ hidden secrets’ in a way that made them come alive, and she was like that for the full 3 hours. We got the sense that she’d have just kept going all day long if she could have, passing on her vast knowledge of the Vatican and Roman Catholic history in a way that made you not want her to stop talking. There was no hint of her ‘ clock watching’ - she put us first and couldn’t have done more to make us feel special. We can’t praise Deborah highly enough. You can’t do this tour in a wheelchair by yourself! Get yourself a Deborah!! 10/10. We are very grateful to her.
Hello, Thank You for your review. We are glad you liked it Best wishes
