Chris was an outstanding guide; his historical knowledge was comprehensive and detailed when necessary. He shared the castle’s history with enthusiasm and joy. He was the best tour guide we have ever had . 10 of 10
Until this tour, I knew very little about the Castle. Chris our tour guide was a history major and knew the history of this site thru the centuries. Excellent tour.
Tour guide was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly interactive and engaging. Would highly recommend the tour!
Virginia was a fantastic guide. Extremely knowledgeable of history and provided interesting anecdotes and details. Made this a memorable experience!
Our guide, Daniele, was so personable and easy to spend time with. He told uis some of the history of this amazing structure. Every nook and cranny of the site had a story. He guided us according to our energy level. Ample time was allowed for photos. He even walkd with us to a taxi stand. Hope that he will continue as a guide.
We had a wonderful guide and really enjoyed the care and attention she took to explaining the history of this unusual building. We learned so much about the different periods of time the building was used and felt like the tour was essential to understanding the significance of the site. This was a favorite tour in Rome!
We really enjoyed our tour with Daniele at Castel Sant’Angelo! He was very knowledgeable and passionate and it was such a cool place to visit and learn about!
We had the pleasure of doing this tour yesterday with the lovely Virginia. Her knowledge of the history of Castel Sant'Angelo was excellent and she shared that knowledge with great enthusiasm that made the tour very interesting and enjoyable. The structure of the castle is very unique and great to wander with incredible views over Rome from the top.
Virginia was an awesome tour guide. We really didn’t know what to expect on this tour as it was a last minute add and didn’t know anything about the site. I would highly recommend this as a tour to learn about the history and where two points in history really come together. Virginia was probably one of the best guides we were with all week.
Our tour guide Marco was great, very informative and professional. He made our family feel welcome. We will definitely be back
