Itinerary
If you wish to stop at Pena Palace, you can decide if and how long you want to stay at the stunning gardens of the almost 200 acres of lush exotic gardens and rivers with species from all over the world or also see the palace. If you wish to pass by the fairy-tail palace from the XIX century, designed to be the lush summer home of the portuguese royalty, we facilitate access to the tickets to the inside and outside of the palace! With stunning views over the valley of Sintra-Cascais, you can see all the way until the coast-line (where we'll go next, after the Masonic Well at Regaleira!) At the palace you also have a nice caffe where you can have a bite!
One of the many many palaces, castles and convents we have in Sintra. This one from the XV century, was owned by the portuguese royals before it's nationalization. If you wish we can stop
This Mourish Castle is located in the middle of the Sintra foorest! We stop there and go when you ready.
Having priority at the ticket office, we skip the line directly to the gardens of Regaleira, exotic like the Pena gardens, but with hand-made caves and tinny castles all over the place. Just near the waterfalls we have the Free-Masonic Initiation Well from the XIX century, open to the public at day time. In here you will go down the 9 levels of Dante's Inferno, to find the Templar Cross with the 4 elements (wind, earth, fire, water) After the first stage, the participants would have to "wonder through the bottom of hell" until they get to "the light at the end of the tunnel" where they will find the exit and reborn again. Outside and inside you can see many symbols of the free-masonry / templar order, among them many pentagrams said to represent the face of Baphomet
Here we taste the good sweets and drinks, made by local friends! Also here we make a pause for lunch at a restaurant of your taste (we have amazing recommendations, ask the guide!) you can stroll around the historical center of Sintra, passing by the insights of the Sintra historical center, you will see the Vila National Palace from the XV century. You also have loads of small shops selling national produts We stop there and go when you ready.
If you want to see the next palace before the coast line, prepare yourself for a wonderful arabic-styled palace (summer home of Thomas Cook) with all the materials coming from the valley of Sintra. The botanic gardens are an inspiration and the most diverse ones from all of the palaces
Did you ever saw the wine production? this is your chance! the entry is free and the people very nice. If you want you can taste as well! We stop there and go when you ready.
The closest point to the Americas in Europe, here you are at the extreme west, where before there were temples of meditation ! We stop there and go when you ready.
The Villa everyone wants to visit, and many want to move-in! Don't miss out on Cascais, the upper-scale beach town around Lisbon :)
Here we visit the beach and the centre of Cascais with a very cute litte villa. We stop there and go when you ready.
Here in cascais, the huge bombs of water in each storm carved a huge cave in the rocks of the beach, which now we call in portuguese Mouth of Inferno. We stop there and go when you ready.

It was an absolute amazing service. Pedro is the best of the best with a lot of knowledge. Is the best tour guy that you can ever get.
We had an amazing experience with Pedro and were lucky enough to also meet Don Pedro who he was training. We highly recommend this company.
Had an amazing experience seeing the best that Portugal has to offer!!! Sintra, the Palace of Pena, and Cascais are so beautiful and stunning! Special shoutout to Kevin Rua our tour guide. He was very pleasant to be with and extremely knowledgeable. He tells you everything you need to know, but also lets you explore on your own if you would like. Highly recommend you request Kevin as a guide when you go! Definitely coming back soon.
The private tour with Pedro, as our guide, was amazing. He took time to answer all of our questions and our personal wishes for our tour experience. He is experienced, cares for his clients safety, and provides a top rate experience at the choices of restaurants, experiences, wine tasting, shopping, history and culture. The tour was truly a memorable experience and would highly recommend Pedro and his company. This was our second tour with the company and both were wonderful.
Great and informative trip with Vasco! We went to the major palaces and it was all super interesting. He showed us where to go and walked us to the various entrances and helped us buy all the tickets needed. Took the stress and uncertainty out of the whole experience.
Vasco is a truly exceptional guide and host. He was hospitable, interesting, engaged and knowledgeable Sinatra including castles, history, gardens, and lakes. He also booked our lunch reservation on a bluff overlooking the sea and joined us for a yummy lunch on a bluff overlooking the sea in a nearby town. Over and above: Vasco was super helpful to me regarding an a head injury I sustained the night before. He called doctors and translated for me at a pharmacy where I purchased appropriate supplies, which ultimately was all I needed. In addition to his knowledge of Sintra, Vasco also had fantastic recommendations and personalized list for Porto, our next 4-nt stop! In all respects, Vasco is a 5 star guide fore sure!
Pedro and Eric went above and beyond to show us the Penna castle in Sintra, explaining along the road, Portuguese history. We visited also MontSerra, the Dinosaur footprints on the beach. Pedro found for us an excellent fish restaurant. We finished the day with the most west part of Europe! Great tour!
This tour was so nice, and our tour guide Pedro he was super nice and explained for us everything and show us the best part, he was like our friend in the tour i highly recommend this tour with Pedro
Gonçalo was the absolute best tour guide that we could have asked for. Whatever we needed, he made sure we had! His explanations and advice, supreme! We could not have gotten a better tour guide. If you can get him as your tour guide then you are guaranteed an amazing time. This was an amazing experience largely in part to his efforts!
Absolutely amazing full day with Pedro. He made this day the best day that we could ever dream of!! We will def. come back the next time we are in Lisbon! 👍👍👍
