Sintra, Cascais and Estoril Private Full Day Sightseeing Tour from Lisbon

It was a good trip, because I was with family, a Cover I love and we were lucky to have Ruivinha as a guide, an excellent professional, who became a friend of the family. From mt assistance, joy and professionalism

It was very private, our guide is friend Fabíola Guia Ruiva gives us a lot of information and leaves us very peaceful throughout the journey, as a driver and guide, the care from the booking, beginning, during and the end of the tour is impeccable.

We booked transfers and tours with Seconds and Minutes for the third time. This time, we were accompanied by the guide "Ruiva", who is a super attentive, punctual, and lively person. We traveled as a family and everyone, without exception, really enjoyed the experience and the tours we took with her, who showed us in great detail the charms of the places we visited.

Traveling through the country to Sintra and Cascais was filled with spring color and bright skies. Carlos was our driver/tour director who had an impressive command of the sites we visited. Our first stop was to visit the National Palace of Queluz. The opulence and excess were demonstrated in lavish gardens, an extensive array of rooms for every imaginable activity. The Park and Palace of Pena was seen from a distance along with other castles and villas. We enjoyed views of the Atlantic Ocean as we made our way to Cascais from the north. What we discovered was a picturesque seaside village, perfect for vacationing. Carlos provided us time to lunch and relax. The day was a wonderful day of discovery.

The main attraction was well worth it. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable. He knows all the particular details. We were able to get to the understanding of what we wanted to to and Ricky understood. He got us a good place to eat for lunch

This is a SCAM and not worth your Money. This is NOT a private guided Tour , but just a private van with driver. I paid $380 while I could have spent ~$80 with Uber. The driver picked us up, and when we asked if he would join us in the Castle / palace he said "no". He called the agency and they mentioned that this is how Viator has setup . If we wanted a private tour guide we should have explicitly asked for one and it would have cost an additional $200ish. This is rotten advertising. The booking detail mentioned "private tour/guide" . I had read the reviews and was still ok with having a single person be the driver and tour guide, but the driver just sat in the car and waited for us and did NOT come with us inside the castle/palace to explain any of the culture/history of the sites. This review is not against the driver (Carlos) . He was kind and caring, he showed us around and drove the long way to show us the scenic route via the coast line.

Carlos was a brilliant guide showing me around. We packed a lot into a day. He highly tailored the day for me.

A first-class Service, from easy booking and the care of the small details to make the experience complete, especially with the indication of a driver and a guide, and also to buy the tickets in advance and the choice of the route. We had an amazing day, it was raining which will make us return to Sintra, but even with the ugly weather we met an illuminated and radiant Cover Fabíola “Ruiva” who made every moment of the day special, his attention, care and knowledge made the difference that day! Our driver also helped, but she was more than special! Thank you very much and I recommend it to everyone! Thank you!!!
