Beatriz, our guide, and our driver were fantastic!! Beatriz was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole day around Tivoli really enjoyable. The trip was very easy and well organized from the train station all the way through exploring Hadrian’s Villa and the gardens. Definitely go see it!!
Had a fantastic day with Chiara visiting a remarkable site just outside Rome. We hadn’t heard much about it before, but Hadrian’s Villa is truly impressive and stands out even after seeing many ancient places across Sicily and Turkey. The experience was smooth from the start, with everything well organized, including the train journey and navigation from the station. The visit itself was very well managed and made for a relaxed and easy day trip.
I was very happy to be shown around Hadrian’s Villa by Enzo. His studies in architecture and archaeology and his knowledge of Hadrian and his times made Enzo an ideal guide for this tour. It was a very enjoyable day and I came away with a deeper understanding of Hadrian and his villa. I would also add that Enzo “saved” the tour when our train to Tivoli was delayed and then stopped/cancelled just short of Tivoli, as he quickly booked a local taxi to get us to the Villa.
What a great tour. I did a solo tour with Giuliano so it was just the two of us, and we covered so much during the day. From deeper conversations about the history of Hadrian’s Villa to helpful tips along the way, it was a really enjoyable experience. Everything was well organized, including the train trip from Rome, which made getting to Tivoli very easy. We explored many parts of the ruins at a comfortable pace and the guide happily adapted to my slightly faster rhythm. I would absolutely recommend this tour,
Easily among my top travel experiences I’ve taken in Italy, these villas were stunning and Sofia proved a fantastic guide. Definitely recommend it.
Fabulous trip, spectacular ancient buildings and some of the most gorgeous gardens I’ve ever walked through. Marilena, our guide, was top-notch—insightful, kind, and easy to follow. Even the bus ride felt smooth and pleasant. Lunch was tasty too, so overall it turned into a really wonderful day.
Sofia was an excellent guide in every possible way. She’s deeply knowledgeable about the history, attentive when small issues come up, and genuinely caring toward everyone in the group. It was a breathtaking tour!!
Exploring Hadrian’s Villa with Marco was an experience that exceeded all expectations—the scale and design still feel astonishing after two millennia. Our family had visited 16 years ago when the kids were small, but seeing it again together as adults gave the place a whole new depth.
We’re happy we decided last minute to join this tour. Our guide gave clear and engaging explanations of Hadrian’s Villa, making the history come alive. The stunning gardens and architecture left us amazed. We’d gladly recommend this experience to others.
This tour was absolutely wonderful! We explored the vast ruins of Hadrian’s Villa, then wandered through the breathtaking fountains and gardens of the 16th-century. Perfectly balanced and fulfilling day.
