The trip was perfect for a 1 day trip from Florence to see Venice. The high speed train was very nice and quite. The tour guide Neel sent us the train tickets in advance to my mobile phone and called me the day before to prep. He met us at the train station and put us on the correct train car and then we parted ways. I was nice since the train station was so busy and we could have easily made a mistake . While it rained the day in Venice we were able to buy cheap umbrellas (5euro) to keep us dry. The Bell Tower skip the line was amazing to see the whole city in 360degrees. Seeing St Marks cathedral is a must as well.
Hello, Thank you for your sweet words and we are glad we could provide a memorable experience for you! We will be happy to show you around on a different occasion and different attractions :) Best.
The city of Florence is beautiful and we had a wonderful host to show it to us. Since we are physically fit, he took us on the hike to the top of a ridge so we could overlook the entire city.

Neel was a great guide even though my English is pretty poor he made himself understood.. Very patient and there was never a rush for anything.. I rate it a 10!!!!
¡Gracias por tu comentario! Fue un placer guiarte. ¡Hasta la próxima!
This not the standard tour with a guide providing facts and history of everything in sight through an earbud as you try to keep up... Key points: The tour itself does not include entrance to any of the Florence attractions; however, if you want to enter the host will help you get tickets as part of showing you the city. This is a walking tour and a few hours long. The host kept a good pace, we don't walk fast and often fall behind during fast pace tour groups, so this was great for us. Florence was mostly flat without much of a grade difference so it is also an easy walk. Our host was able to answer all of our questions, point out interesting sights, and even helped with a return trip to a store we wanted to visit that was not yet open when we passed by.
Hey Louis, Thank you for your sweet testimony, we strive to provide the best experiences to our customers and we are glad we did with you and you got to experience Florence just the way you wanted. Our host services were up to your expectations and more and this is what we aim for. Looking forward to having you with us on another experience soon! Best,
Our tour guide Nell was amazing. He solved all of our questions and issues. The Tour was just perfect. We learned about the most emblematic themes in Florence and Pisa in just 1 day!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that Neel made your tour memorable and that you enjoyed discovering the highlights of Florence and Pisa in just one day. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon!
