If you're unable to enter your address, you can provide it to us in a note during the booking process. Important clause for consumer acceptance: For transfers involving 2 passengers, there's a small chance, due to logistical requirements of our company, that the service initially booked for 2 individuals may need to be shared with 2 additional passengers in the same van, only if both bookings are scheduled for the port of Civitavecchia at the same time. Emmanuele communicated his arrival status in advance. He apologized for the slight delay given heavy Rome traffic. That was no problem as he still got us to the port in Civitavecchia well in time. He was courteous and drove well!

Our driver was timely and helpful. THis is a great way for a group to get from the heart of Rome to the Port.
I would highly recommend this driver (Emanuel) to anyone. He was unable to get to our hotel due to the Italian liberation day. The street was closed. Instead he found a close point and guided us to him so we could make it to the cruise port. Turns out, he does custom tours for visitor as well, including an "Everybody Loves Raymond" tour. Part of the show was filmed in the city were he lives, outside of Rome.
Driver was on time and got us to the Port very efficiently. He was very courteous and helpful to us senior citizens.
Great experience from start to finish! The driver that picked us up at the hotel was wonderful , ao nice and funny and truly made the trip enjoyable. The car was also the perfect size for all our suitcases 🤪 Everything was seamless and highly appreciated!

Professional, great comfort, and value! Our driver Joseph was professional, loaded all our bags with care all 10 suitcases and made us laugh the entire drive. My partner left his cellphone in the van and the owner contacted Joseph the driver and we had the phone within 10 minutes of arrival to the cruise port. I strongly recommend this company to take care of you. Thank you Emanuele and Joseph. We can't say it enough.
Excellent service and attendion to details. Communication with the office was always quick and clear before we left the USA and while abroad! Driver Joseph was on time and very personable to talk with during the drive. I highly recommend Trip2Rome for all your transfer needs in the Rome area.
