Rome St. Peter's Basilica Tour with exclusive Underground Access

The guide Yolanda was very good, and the visit was very interesting, except for the part about the tombs. This visit does not include "skip the line," and you have to stand in the regular line, which in our case was short. What I found embarrassing was that the instructions on where to pick up the ticket were incorrect, and they make you go to a different location at a specific time, far from the meeting point, and at that place, there is no one from the company. There is only one bar where we were told that for more than two years they have not been collecting tickets there. This forces you to walk a lot and creates a lot of confusion, simply because no one has bothered to update the information on the sales page.

I had a wonderful experience on the tour of St. Peter’s Basilica. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the history come alive in a very interesting way. The staff were also extremely friendly, helpful, and well-organized, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Everything was handled professionally, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care shown throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Rome

Jason was a phenomenal tour guide, it is obvious he is very passionate about the artwork, symbolism, and history. Additionally he was entertaining to listen to. I was able to walk away with a much deeper appreciation for everything I saw. St. Peter's Basilica is truly breathtaking.

There was an instruction on the voucher to redeem the ticket at an address. This was not necessary, it was a cafe that knew nothing about the tour. The tour guide was slow and allowed about 200 people past us in the extremely busy queue. Better just to do the free entry- tour was a waste of money

I didn’t realize how special this tour would be until I went! The underground area is fascinating, and the guide made every story come alive. Seeing where the first Christians were buried gave me chills. Totally worth every minute and every euro.

Very easy to find the meeting place of the tour. I can’t remember our tour guides name but she has so much knowledge and passion she shared with us. Going down below and seeing the tombs was fascinating. I often can’t believe I’m seeing what I’m seeing! I’m in awe

Unfortunately, we were not able to see the catacombs, which was the reason we booked this. (And was the advertised name of the tour) There was an event at St. Peters earlier in the day. Our guide was great, however. She did the best she could with the bad circumstances and gave us a nice tour of the church. My advice is to check ahead in case of a large-scale event that will upset your plans.

The tour guide was excellent. Her tour was excellent. The poor rating has nothing to do with her. Every bit of information we got about where to go to "redeem" the voucher and where to go to meet the tour was incorrect. We took a cab and wound up at a boarded up store. Had to run all over the place to track down the tour. Luckily we left an hour earlier than normal, thinking we could leisurely walk around. Needed every minute just to find the group. Earpieces for the headset were too big for my ears. Useless. Would never, ever book a tour this way again. Stated went solo since my husband and I were on our own.

What touched me most wasn’t just the beauty of the basilica , though it is breathtaking , but the quiet reverence of the underground. The guide’s gentle storytelling brought the place to life in a human, emotional way. I left in silence, just letting it all sink in.
