Precious was very patient and fun to interact with! She did an excellent job explaining what to do step by step. Grazie Precious!
Amazing! Start to finish all set up was great, All employees were fun, interact, polite, professional and the wine and Prosecco flowed non stop! Precious and Vince were both super awesome and a fantastic teacher as well as high energy making the course fun and unforgettable!!! The food was delicious and all the people in our group were great fun and we all had a great time. Birthdays were celebrated as well as all other events of each guest. Book it and you'll be very happy you did. The Tiramisu, fettuccine and ravioli were great and the sauces that they pre prepared were very delicious.
Precious was absolutely amazing! She was a wonderful guide and we learned so much while having the best time. We had three kids with us and she was super patient and helpful with them. I also appreciated accommodating my gluten sensitivity. MUST DO!
Precious was excellent in encouraging everyone to chat and have fun, and amazing at explaining the techniques and also helping us with rolling out/stretching the pasta
If you are looking for the absolute highlight of your time in Florence, look no further than a cooking class with **Orieta and Peter**. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn't just a lesson—it was a fun masterclass in Italian hospitality and joy. The entire experience was incredibly fun and high-energy. Orieta and Peter have an infectious passion for food and culture that makes the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and filled with laughter from start to finish. They have a rare talent for making you feel like a friend in their home rather than just a guest in a class. They are exceptionally informative. You don't just learn *what* to do; they explain the *why* behind the techniques, sharing secrets that elevate home cooking to an authentic Italian level. MWe walked in with basic knowledge and walked out with the confidence to recreate **homemade pasta** from scratch and a **divine tiramisu**. Their step-by-step guidance made complex-looking techniques feel completely achievable and intuitive. The class was paced perfectly. There was plenty of time for hands-on practice, plenty of time to ask questions, and—most importantly—plenty of time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the delicious fruits of our labour. Whether you are a seasoned home cook or someone who has never touched a rolling pin, Orieta and Peter provide a brilliant, personalised environment where you are guaranteed to learn, laugh, and eat incredibly well. If you have a trip to Florence on the horizon, **this is an absolute must-do.** It was easily the most memorable, engaging, and genuinely fun experience of our entire Italian getaway.
Fun afternoon activity. Mike was a great host. We took our 9 and 12 year old who managed everything no problem. We were worried about the tiramisu with the children not liking coffee, but it still worked with just a quick dip in the coffee, with no coffee taste for them. Pasta was really tasty. Wonderful experience we will always remember.
What a fun experience. It was the end of our visit to Rome and left us with nice memories snd new skills!!! Wonderful!
