Amazing Full Day Rome Tour with Adult Family of 5

Max and Stephania were AMAZING guides for our all day trip to some of the Rome sites! They were so energetic and interesting to be with throughout the day. We learned so much unique history and all the tickets were ready for us along with skip the lines. This made a huge difference in timing as well as escaping the summer heat without having to standing in very long lines. One thing to note is that our tour said we would be returned to our hotel where we were picked up but as it turned out, we needed to get a taxi after the tour ended in Vatican City. Also, the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps were supposed to be included in the tour but for whatever reason they were not. It would be wise to clarify the exact sites which are included prior to booking rather than assuming all that were listed are actually included in the tour. Overall, we had the most fabulous day and the tour was well worth the money!

Rome, the Colosseum, & the Vatican in 1 day

This day flew by!!! It was VERY fast paced & one day isn’t nearly enough time for Rome. However, Max did an excellent job of navigating us in & out of every place quickly & efficiently. He is very patient and incredibly knowledgeable of EVERYTHING in Rome!!! We wish we could’ve spent 5 days with him!! Marina was the guide he arranged for us at the Vatican was also excellent, knowledgeable & efficient. Again, we wish we had at least a full day with her at the Vatican. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Max & Marina and are hoping to come back when we have more time and use their services again!

Great Tour. A lot to...

Great Tour. A lot to cover in a single day. Would recommend if you are on a time crunch. Expect to do roughly 13-15k steps between Roma and Vatican City.

Operator response

Thanks for leaving your feedback. 13-15,000 steps seems a bit much considering you have the Mercedes minivan available from the morning until the Vatican Museums. However, you need to be patient and definitely walk through the catacombs, the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. At the end of the tour, the steps are about 7,000-10,000 maximum. See you soon and have a great holiday! Regards Max Parini
