Start this fantastic Tour from Circus Maximus. Your Bike Shuttle will depart from here
Admire the beauty of the Baths of Caracalla while sitting comfortably in the minivan
The first stop of the Bike Shuttle service will be at the Catacombs of San Callisto or San Sebastiano. Here you will have about 45 minutes of guided tour inside
The second and final stop of the Bike Shuttle is near the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella. Here your safe journey along the ancient Appian Way will begin. Before taking possession of the e-Bike, you will walk for about 3 minutes on the ancient Roman paving

- Is the tour safe? We want your cycling experience in Rome to be unforgettable and, above all, safe. For this reason, we have carefully selected our itineraries, favoring quiet roads with little traffic. Furthermore, our expert guides will accompany you at all times, providing you with all the necessary information and making sure you always feel at ease. You will be able to relax, admire the views and discover the city in a unique and authentic way.
- The "group tour" starts with a minimum of 4 participants, if this number is not reached, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
- Our small group tours are limited to a maximum of 8 people.
- Approximately 90% of this tour takes place on the Roman paving of the Via Appia Antica. There is no car traffic, as only residents' cars have access. There are only two crossings when we leave the Appia Antica Regional Park to enter the Aqueduct Park; and when we pass from the Tor Fiscale Park to the Caffarella Park
- The journey by private shuttle is approximately 20 minutes each way
- Basic-medium bike riding skills are required to participate in this activity as it takes place off the beaten track and in the countryside.
- The guide, after a briefing, reserves the absolute and unquestionable right not to admit participants not deemed suitable due to skills or problems related to body/mind health to the tour, no refund will be issued in these cases.
- Infants up to 20 kg traveling in a child seat and participating in the tour as our guests.
- Children up to 139cm join the tour with a children's extension.
- Children can ride their E-bike from the age of 12.
- In the case of official/public celebrations and events in the center of the city of Rome, the tour operator can replace one or more of the highlights of the itinerary.

Renato was amazing. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was accommodating to our two kids (12 and 15) and included them in our conversations and asked them questions. We messed up our tour time at the catacombs and he fixed it, my husband even left his phone in the van after the tour and he came back to give it to us. This tour was a beautiful stop outside of Rome and we enjoyed the comfort of the e-bikes. Renato is the best!!

Did the 4-hour e-bike tour with Bicycle Roma along the Appian Way and Parco degli Acquedotti — incredible experience. The aqueducts were the highlight: riding right past those massive ancient arches in open countryside was breathtaking, easily the best part of our whole Rome trip. The e-bikes made it effortless, and the catacombs stop was a great bonus. Small groups, well-organized, and a totally different side of Rome most tourists never see. My 11 year old son was able to ride effortlessly with the e-bike even when the terrain got a little bumpy. He enjoyed this tour the most out of everything we did in Rome. Highly recommend!

Ricardo, our tour guide, is was very nice, funny, and informative. He helped us at every step of the way and told us about the history and significance of each sight we stopped at. The bikes were well maintained and convenient. Slightly bumpy and uncomfortable at some points but that is due to the Appian Way rather than the tour itself.

My 10 yo daughter and I had a blast during the bike ride. WOW ! The landscape is incredible and our guide Immanuel was very interesting. I was a perfect excursion just outside of Rome. The shuttle bus from and to Circo Massimo was a must. Really easy to reach by tram.
