Join us to the heart of Tenorio Volcano to discover the mistery of the minerals that produces an reaction that makes a natural color river into a marvelous light blue color; right where Buena Vista river and Roble river merge (Both rivers come from the Volcano) there is magic that turns the color of the river as a result of the different concentrations of minerals, the natural chemicals mix cause a reaction between sulfur from the volcano and calcium carbonate from the rain, making one of the most beautiful attractions in Costa Rica. On the tour we will take to the breathtaking waterfall called “Bride’s veil” which is the best part of this adventure, also we will take you to the Tenorio Volcano view point, thermos mineral hot springs and volcanic mud ponds. Pick up included for hotels located in a radio of 6 kms from La Fortuna Central Park. Lost Iguana Hotel, Arenal Observatory Lodge, TheSprings Resort, Arenal Lodge and Hotels anywhere further away than Tabacón Resort will have a extra charge of $50 from 2 to 10 persons.

Such an incredible tour from start to finish! Melvin was amazing from the very beginning, picking me up in La Fortuna and immediately sharing so much knowledge about the area, wildlife, and local history. Along the way, he made the experience even more special by spotting sloths and monkeys for us and stopping so we could really take it all in. The hike, waterfall, swimming spot, and lunch were all perfect — I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Melvin was fantastic at finding wildlife and explaining everything in such an engaging and informative way. He was also extremely friendly throughout the entire experience, always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. You could genuinely tell he is passionate about what he does, and he took the time to answer all our questions with real enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the history and facts he was sharing. I’m so grateful for this experience and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
Melvin our guide was great. He was excellent explaining the area and showing us around Rio Celeste. It was a rainy day and he still made the trip very enjoyable

The tour to Rio Celeste was absolutely incredible. Our guide Melvin was super friendly, really good at spotting animals and had so much knowledge about the animals and nature. He also helped us get some really nice pictures of the animals through his telescope.
It was truly a very fun experience. The hike was very calm; the guide Melvin ensured that we all enjoyed the tour, the lunch was delicious, and the trip was very peaceful. I recommend it 100%.
