Great experience, it was my first zip lining, they made me feel so safe. My husband had an asthma exacerbation, the staff, specially Alonzo, was so kind assisting us and helping my husband get back to the bottom.
It was amazing, the entire crew was super professional and friendly. I felt safe all along. Amazing views. It was my very first time zip lining and I loved it. My husband had an Asthma exacerbation episode, there are quite a few steps to get to the first line, so you have to have moderate physical conditioning to make it easily to the top. The staff was very caring and helpful, some of them stayed back with us, until he could continue the climbing. If you have any kind of respiratory condition, please make sure to take your inhaler with you. I do have a recommendation, when I got my confirmation of the excursion, it did not show pick up time, only the start time, so we thought 08:00 was the pick up time, but it was the start time, with that said we were a little bit late. Please make sure to include hotel pick up time in the confirmation email/text.
If you’re looking for an activity that’s fun for any age, look no further than the Arenal 12 Zipline Cables Experience Fly over La Fortuna! Transportation to and from the hotel was convenient. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made you feel very safe the entire way. From young kids to older adults, everyone enjoyed the experience! The option for photos taken by staff photographers or to wear a go pro helmet allowed the wonderful memories to leave with you long after the end of your trip.
Ronny and his team were great. They made the process move gave clear instructions and made sure everybody felt safe and had fun.
This was an incredible introduction to ziplining for me. 12 different lines one being 1km long, which was awesome. I went with little expectations and it exceed. The group is large but once you get going, it thins out so you are not waiting too long after the first one. The hike to the first one is the only long part. The guides are great at getting you on and off at each line.

We did the 12 tower zipline tour. First 4 were "practice" and that was a great way to start. The tour was really exhilarating and we felt safe the whole time. The guides were very helpful. Scenery was amazing.
We loved how close it was to La Fortuna, and we avoided all the bumpy drives that come with having to drive farther away. The property was beautifully maintained and clean with fabulous views, and the staff was all amazing. We were with two of our 16-year-old grandsons, and we all had a blast!
The activity was very organized and priced well. We did the 12 zip lines and had a blast! The staff was very friendly and kept us safe :) it was incredible to zip line past the waterfall - the views cannot be beat!
