We had a wonderful time exploring the rainforest! Steve was an excellent guide throughout the entire day and Marvin got us everywhere safely and efficiently. They both were spotting out wildlife along the way which the kids really enjoyed. Steve was very knowledgeable and congenial. It was pretty far to travel from where we were staying but well worth it. We recommend this tour 100%
so I had a great experience. I really loved looking at all the animals and creatures. I also loved watching making the coffee and chocolate. and I liked. swimming in the river raft.
Steve was a very nice tour guide and very funny!! Thank you for the amazing time, great experience 10/10
We booked our excursion through the resort we were staying at. While we felt it was a tiny bit pricey in the beginning, we wanted a private tour for our group and it was worth it! Esteban was our tour guide and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about all the animals, plant life and landscape. He also taught us about Costa Rica as a country. The food at the restaurant was very good and they easily accommodated my vegetarian diet. The chocolate sauce on the ice cream will live rent free in my mind forever. Our driver, I didn’t catch his name, was also great. He never made us feel unsafe in traffic or the backroads. It was overall a fantastic experience and worth the money.
Esteban and Ronaldo were excellent and made this a great experience for us. Both were eager to make it possible for us to see as many animals as possible - including 3 sloths! Their hospitality and outstanding customer service - along with the ride range of activities made us feel like we got a full understanding of the region. Thank you!
The guide and driver are really nice people. They take care of you. They take care of everything. Good people.
This was our first time going to Costa Rica, and we booked our resort at the Planet Hollywood. We arranged the Sloth chocolate and coffee tour with Costco Travel. And they arranged the whole day service with an Amazing tour guide named Esteban. He was extremely professional and friendly from the beginning to the end. He was very knowledgeable with the history of the country, talking through the attractions throughout the entire bus ride, making it a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend all families with a group of 10+ people with kids to go with Esteban!
Richard was a great tour guide and had a lot of enthusiasm to keep the day running smoothly and excitingly!
Richard was a great tour guide and covered absolutely everything we wanted to know about. Saw a ton of wildlife I have never seen before. Overall 10/10
We had the most amazing experience with Richard and driver Brandon. They made sure we were comfortable, even made an extra stop for snacks for our daughter. The coffee and sloth experience was so much fun and Brandon used his telescope to make sure we could get incredible pictures. They even took extra 30 minutes to make sure we got to watch a family of monkeys.
