Bad experience! We bought a ticket to visit the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel and was scheduled to meet at the door of the establishment at 7:40. However, we waited until 7:53 and nobody showed up. We lost the ticket we paid expensive, because we didn't know we had to go to the museum first and then to the Basilica. We were not given the slightest attention. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Eh…I’m surprised they don’t allow the process to be more enjoyable for everyone and release smaller groups to enter the museum. I found the sculptures to be dirty and not restored (you could touch whatever you wanted to). It was hot (no air conditioning at all-which is typical in tally but for that many people in one place packed like sardines it was too much) and jam packed. We were shuttled through like cattle so maybe consider a group tour). Fyi: We went at 9:30 am. Maybe go earlier but it did thin out towards the end as people left like we did because there was sooo much to look at that it became overwhelming. You could literally spend days there. I’m glad I went but a tour guide would have helped as it was overwhelming for a First time visitor.
Hello, We understand that you are not happy with the service provided during your visit to the Vatican. We arranged a private tour with our best guide, who was there to explain the history of the attractions. However, please note that the Vatican Museums are public and cannot be exclusive to our clients. Every day, thousands of people visit the museums, which can create a crowded experience. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand that the museums are always crowded, especially outside of the winter season.
Leonardo did a truly exceptional job touring us around the Vatican. His knowledge was extremely impressive, he was very gracious, and sped up our tour as my child was dealing with the extreme heat. Highly recommended.

The tour to the Vatican was fantastic! We loved our tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew much of the finer details regarding a considerable amount of art and history that we would have otherwise missed.
This tour operator was very difficult to work with. Their cancelation policy is basically it is 100% your fault no matter what. We booked for an afternoon timeslot which they asked if we could move to the morning. Because of a flight delay they we missed our morning slot but would have been able to make the afternoon slot. Despite us originally accommodating them, they refused to attempt to reschedule or refund our tour based on these condition outside of our control. I would look elsewhere for your tour with a company that has a more flexible cancelation policy.
The guide Elena Beatriz was wonderful! She was very knoledgeable and explained everything with great detail and in a very entertaining way. We would like to take other tours with her as it was highly educational and fun guide. She was very professional and even had great visual materials to better illustrate the tour. My wife and I adored this experience with Elena Beatriz, we'll never forget her. We would give her 10/10 rate as a guide and as a person.
thanks for your really such wounderful feedback to us, It really means a lot to us after the pandemic we are trying to provide our best service and thanks see you next time.
Our private guide, Diana, took us to de Vatican museum, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. Tickets had already been arranged so we did not lose any time. Diana was in no hurry and spent more time with us than the official 3 hours. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Would certainly recommend!
thanks for your feedback !
Eugene was amazing so was Ali. We booked last minute and they made an amazing tour for us!! Best tour company in Rome. Thank you both for everything.
Thanks for the reply, your last minutes booking we did our best efforts to provide the best service.
What we where offered was not respected in full! The package we bough and paied for was also including S. Peter Basilica with skip the line guarantee but instead, it didn't happened. We called the Roma Tour agency who answered the package was sold to them by Aviatour therefore. Also, they told us and the guide with us who called the agency that the package we bought was showing services pre-covid, no, after covid, things changed and services are no more available, not the way we bought them.
