Private Turkish Bath Tradition, Massages, Swimming Pool & Sauna

I had terrible experience. I paid for the private service close to $200. I did not get service I was promised. As soon as my girlfriend and I get into the sauna, another man entered escorted by a bath employee. My girlfriend was insulted and I was really frustrated. We got dressed right away. The reception stuff advised me that they provide private service morning time only, and I was booked for 4:00pm. I rejected further service, and we left the facility.

The experience was fantastic, the foam bath was wonderful, the massage was very good, the service was also very good, the location was also good; just to point out one downside, we asked what the best order for the treatment was, and they told us to do the pool last, but for me, the last thing should be the massage. The pool loses its charm if you do it after the massage, but other than that, a 10.

The actual hamam and massage were wonderful. The ladies were very good that gave us the massage and Turkish bath to my friend and I. I def will go back. The lady at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was so lovely and always checked up on us. However, the only thing that unfortunately was negative - were that there were two young (8 -10 year old ) kids in the spa. They were screaming and running around whilst their parents were having their treatments. When the parents came out, I would have expected them to have quietened them down but they didn’t. Firstly children should not be in a spa, it’s not relaxing and we are basically half naked. It was very un relaxing and ruined my experience a little. I did tell the lovely lady and she seemed a little stressed out by it too and she told me she told the parents to tell the kids to be quiet but there are always selfish people and think their kids are precious and they didn’t quiet them down. I do think it’s the responsibility of the spa to not allow children in to a spa. In addition, whilst we were waiting around after the hamam for our massage, with towels wrapped around us and naked underneath..people who came into the spa would sit at tables drinking tea whilst we were trying to relax. I think the set up of it all, is a little strange and not the most relaxing. However the staff and the actual treatments were lovely.

A good experience; the place is very nice, and the girls who attend are very friendly and professional. The massages are good, relaxing but also invigorating. The exfoliating bath is an unforgettable experience...

We had pre booked the 2 hour package which included a 50 min massage, face mask, 30min scrubbing and foaming and access to the pool after. The experience was just amazing and would definitely do it again. The feeling of ‘foam’ spreading out over your body is not really explainable. We saved about $15 AUD by booking online through TA. The information provided was 100% accurate. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end. My husband had another sauna at the end while I sat by the pool. I was offered water, tea, coffee while I waited. We got to have the experience together, (not so normal as usually seperate men and women as we later found out) and would highly recommend Felicity Spa & Wellness

What an awesome experience! Beautiful setting, excellent massages and the Turkish Bath was very unexpected. Can’t be modest if you plan on doing this, but well worth the experience. Highly recommend it!

Great Hammam, treatments provided with care, very clean center, sauna and pool

I had an amazing time at the hammam spa. The customer service was exceptional! We were talked through every step, given a free tea and face mask. To top it all off we were allowed to use the pool even though we didn’t pay for it. The actual massage and scrub was amazing, left feeling clean and smooth. Be ware, if you book as a group with friends, they will put you all together and you will see each other partially naked (women). Its best to wear a bikini rather than than a full bathing suit. The sauna was great, facilities were clean and we were given towels, flip flops and moisturiser etc. We went at 8pm and it was not busy at all. Definitely would do again!

Definitely worth going to. These guys go above and beyond. My wife and I went this afternoon and we had a great time. We got this through viator and I guess they had a difficult time getting the information through the online platform but instead of giving us a hard time about it or Making us wait till viator got them the information they were super accommodating and they provided excellent service. I've never been to a hammam before so I have nothing to compare it to but we both had a wonderful time and we were both very relaxed afterwards. I would definitely would reccomend going.
