DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! They would not answer my repeated attempts to contact them confirming my pick up and they did not show up at the time agreed upon which forced us to call a taxi to the port so that we would not jeopardize our boarding time. They showed up 20 mins after agreed time and now refuse to grant us a refund!!!! Absolutely HORRiBLE service. Do not use to get to the port!!!

However, in the Q&A section of your booking, you explicitly requested to move the departure time to 9:30 AM. We confirmed this change, and you replied with an "OK" and a thank you.Punctuality: Our driver arrived at your hotel at 9:20 AM—10 minutes ahead of the agreed schedule. We have WhatsApp records proving you were not yet ready at that time.No Risk to Your Cruise: The journey from Rome to the Port of Civitavecchia takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Arriving at the port well before your 12:00 PM boarding time meant there was absolutely no risk of missing your ship. Furthermore, boarding slots are flexible guidelines designed to manage passenger flow, not strict cut-off times.Due to the clear written evidence and screenshots provided, the American travel agencies reviewed the case and officially ruled in our favor, dismissing your claim. We always strive to provide excellent service based on mutual respect and agreed-upon terms.

I hope to be able to change this review but as of right now we have been sitting for over an hour outside of the pick up location with no answer to any of our calls or messages with an update! We have been trying to reach out on the app as well as the WhatsApp number we were provided. As of right now I would not recommend every booking this transfer!
Good morning, after eight months of intense work, unfortunately, on Sunday, August 17th, the administrative staff decided to take a break. We stopped all organized transfer services and closed to new bookings. We take full responsibility for one of our drivers booking a previously canceled service and not the one he was currently booking. He went to the wrong address and took the customers to the Civitavecchia port. We are so sorry! Last night, we approved your immediate refund. Booked this via Viator. Money taken and slot booked, when I then provided the flight details via message, Fast Travel Services then cancelled with no explanation? I then had to wait 5days for my money to be refunded. Perhaps don't advertise slots if they aren't available. Went with Uber instead, much more reliable professional service.
Good morning, I don't know what happened and we don't know which specific service you are talking about? I'm sorry I can't answer your comments in kind. However, we can say that we are a finalist tourist services company, that is, we work with our own means without the help of collaborators. This year, we often receive reservations depending on the type: reservations without the time and flight number, without the name of the hotel and without the name of the cruise, days before the service we send an email asking to send us the data and only half respond, we don't know what the others think, we don't have a crystal ball to guess when, where and how they arrive, are these very important data to identify the time and place of the pick-up? Then the customers arrive and start calling and sending emails saying that they can't find the driver, in addition to wasting our time, we have other customers waiting and out of respect for them we can't upset all the schedules. You should know that it is not just you, before and after you there are other services to fit into a day considering time and distance. The most absurd thing this year is that customers easily get the start and end of the service wrong, they fill out the reservation incorrectly, on the pick-up line they write the destination or vice versa.

He was early and made our trip to the port very interesting. Nice ride. Would use him again. The first group I booked wouldn’t do our transportation because we had one too many bigger luggage(3) for two people. This group were fine with it
