This was an amazing day! We were picked up at our hotel in Lisbon by our driver, Tommy Goncalves. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We loved spending time with him. We visited Obidos and was able to spend time exploring the walled city which is one of Europe's best preserved wall towns. Tommy took us to a 4th generation family run business where we bought Ginja (locally made cherry liquor). We continued on to Nazare which is known as the big wave surfing capital of the world. Our last stop was at Aveiro which is known as the Venice of Portugal. You can take a gondola ride along the canals in Aveiro. After our stops at these three beautiful and very different cities we were dropped off at our hotel in Porto. We cannot say enough about Tommy and what a great driver and tour guide he was who we felt became our friend. We have taken these tours all over the world and by far our best day anywhere was this day spent with Tommy. We look forward to returning and seeing Tommy again.

It’s wonderful to know that Tommy made the experience so special with his friendliness, knowledge, and care throughout the journey — and even more so that you felt like you were traveling with a friend. We’re especially happy this became one of your best tour experiences anywhere in the world — that truly means a lot. We’ll make sure Tommy receives your kind words; he will be thrilled to hear them. We really hope to welcome you again soon for another unforgettable experience in Portugal!
This is an opportunity not to be missed. Our guide Lino was extremely well informed about the region and the Portuguese culture. He was accommodating with time and advocated for us to access excellent establishments and services. This is the best way to get from Lisbon to Porto without a doubt.
Great way to see what you want to see what you want, on the way to where you want to go. Brennan was a congenial driver/guide and we fully enjoyed the whole experience.

Excellent trip. Our driver was Hugo, very punctual and attentive, at each stop gave us context to understand the town well. It is the best way to take advantage of the time if you have few days in Portugal.
