The company canceled the transfer only after I inquired about some info. Not sure if they would let me know the driver is not coming otherwise.
Our flight was changed so this put our arrangements into disarray. We advised the company about our flight changes, but they never advised to cancel our transfer, so when we arrived at the airport there wasn't a car to meet us. We contacted the company, and they advised that the change of time did not suite them. I was annoyed they hadn't advised us before we took our flight.
