We could not recommend Good Heart Limo enough! We traveled last month with elders and teens for a week and a half between Rome and the Amalfi Coast and used Good Heart Limo THREE times including transfers and tours. We were fortunate enough to have the same driver, Gianluca, all three times. He was a consummate professional who helped us with transportation logistics, local recommendations and was incredibly generous and accomodating to our family. He provided a transfer to the airport from Sorrento to Rome for my 80 and 86 year old parents and when they were unable to check in to their hotel early he brought them to a place for lunch and made sure they got safely into the hotel later in the afternoon. Enza helped us organize everything on the back end and was super helpful. Gianluca treated our family, like family. It was a tremendous experience and if I ever return to the region (I hope I do!) Gennaro picked us up at Rome airport and took us to Positano in less than 4 hours with a couple of stops. The minivan was brand new and he was very nice and helpful. Super recommended
Our driver was David and he was the best! He was professional, calm, and courteous. David picked us up on time and arrived safely to our locations. David made sure we had fun and recommended a lot of activities for us as a family. Our first experience was from Rome to Vico Equense. David immediately shook our hands, greeted us with a smile and got the WIFI set up in the van for our daughter so she could enjoy her movies. On our way to Vico Equense he recommended and coordinated a Pompeii tour stopped for refreshments and always had a pleasant conversation with us and patiently answered all our questions-we are an inquisitive bunch. My entire family was so impressed with the experience we re-booked with Good Heart Limos for an Amalfi all day tour! David was our driver again yay! He drove with care and made everyone feel comfortable. David recommended the most scenic and fantastic lunch for us, took us to see Positano and stopped at the best scenic views for pictures. Exceptional experience , our guide Ferdi was very processional, warm and had excellent personality . Everything for us was timely, exceptionally comfortable and effortless. Would highly recommend, made our transfer from Rome to Positano very relaxed and he took care of all details for us for hotel arrival and check in.
We decided to book a last minute private transfer from Rome to Positano with good heart Limos and are so glad we did. Ferdi was our driver - he arrived early which we loved (but did not pressure us to be ready any sooner) and was so polite and accomodating for the entirety of our trip. He made sure we had toilet breaks and snack breaks too. We would definitely highly recommend booking with Ferdi and good heart Limos!
