Paid for transfer months in advance, company cancelled transfer days before transfer while we were on the cruise... left me scrambling.
Hello, it was canceled 3 days before because you never answered our questions about nane of the ship and time of pick up or destination, we didn't even know if you were on the ship that day... Anyways you had the phone number but you never called that morning...
Very responsible and professional!! Our family had a pleasant (cool A/C) and worry-free transportation from Rome city center to the Cruise Port. Highly recommend this!!

I’m not one to leave a negative review but we are very disappointed that our two transfers were cancelled by the operator with no explanation or alternative. The second transfer was cancelled two days before we depart on our trip which left little time to find an alternative. We originally booked months in advance.
hello, you forgot to say that you cancelled the transfer from the airport to Roma , so if you do it, is ok , if we do it because we don t have availability ,you leave a bad review...
It was a ride from the airport to the B&B at night. Not much to see. The driver was great and knew exactly where we needed to be.

Pickup from the port and drop off at FCO was quick and easy. Would highly recommend. The team was very communicative and helpful, even moving our pickup earlier when we had a change from the cruise line.

This is our 4th time using Rolando's car services. Rolando provided excellent and smooth transfer. He is reliable, timely and has great communication skills. We had several email exchanges and he sowed up early for our transfer. We had a smooth transfer to FCO from the port. Thank you Rolando for another great ride.

Update, I gave this transfer service a poor rating because we had to sit in the airport for 3 hours before we were picked up. We received the following text from them: After you paid nickels to get to the port and from the port, shared transfer you put a bad review because you had to wait at the airport?? I am working like hell and drive 500 600 km every day, and this is the result... So help you God... No good remains unpunished. With this type of attitude I know I would not use them again.
You have no respect for people working... You landed early in the morning and the others landed at 11, you had a shared transfer which actually is explained that is available from 11 not earlier...people like you should just stay at home...why didn t you pay for a private transfer and leave whenever you wanted?? shared transfer means you have to share with other passengers !!!
Efficient and nice, clean vehicles. Met at pre-arranged spot and were quickly on our way. It was good to have this set up in advance.

The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated clearly with us on the time that it would take him to get to us. The problem we had was with Viator booking, not the driver. when we made the reservation there was no place to put flight information. The driver had no idea when our flight came in. He tried to call us several times the day before but because we were traveling from the United States we did not get a call until the flight landed. My suggestion is to book this transfer and be sure to put in the “special instructions” what time your flight comes in and what airline. Driver was fantastic and we will definitely book with him again.
