Hello dear customer we are sorry to read this review, as the time spent in each location is specified in the product description. We are also sorry that the pizza was not the best but you purchased a tour withour lunch included and didn't ask our driver for restaurant recommendation, he would have been glad to help you.
We had a wonderful time. Our driver was excellent and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Thank you for your nice review!
If you want a small group with more flexibility, this is a great option. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very conversational.
Thank you for your review! We will be sure to tell the tour guide, and we hope to see you again in Italy!
I enjoyed Florence, the only thing was it was a fast tour. The ride was long and the Van was crowded. If the tour was set-up by train, we could of had more time to shop and tour Florence.
Excellent day trip to Florence and Pisa, the attention of our driver, Fabio, was excellent, he even served as a guide and helped us return to Rome on time. Without a doubt a recommendable experience.
Thank you for your review! We hope to see you again in Italy!
I should have paid more attention to previous reviews. The tour company cancelled the tour the day before without any explanation. When we tried to reach out as to why, there was no response. We were very disappointed. I would recommend taking the train yourself. I saw over 60 daily trains to Florence from Termani train station and hiring a guided tour when you get there, and then taking a train to Pisa, if you want. The main attraction in Pisa is the leaning tower which you can walk to from the train station, take a picture and hop back on the train, literally 15 minutes.
Chiara Antonelli is A M a ZI NG!! She was the most energetic, true historian, full of valuable information for the Vatican tour. Truly grateful for having her! Her Bostonians/Cretan Greeks were truly blessed to have her. Charlie & Cyndie
Elisa is an excellent tour guide, very friendly and very knowledgeable on the history. 5 star experience and we will be back.
Our guide, Mounir (hope I’m spelling that right!) was young, but very knowledgeable about all things Florentine. He was kind enough to stop or ho more slowly when some of us were a bit tired, as it was also a very hot day. (More difficult for us older folk!). Well worth it!
We had a wonderful driver and the guide in Florence was awesome! Our guide was knowledgeable and made the tour fun. Overall, good experience!
