The first stop is the religious site of Fátima. Hear about the 1917 apparition of Our Lady of Fátima, and visit the Sanctuary of Fátima, a world-renowned pilgrimage site.
The medieval village of Óbidos is one of the most picturesque and well preserved in Portugal. Close enough to the capital and situated high above the Atlantic coast, Óbidos had a strategic importance in the territory. Already occupied before the Romans reached the Iberian Peninsula, the village became more prosperous from the moment it was chosen by the royal family.
These caves were discovered in 1947. The entrance is 300m in altitude, but inside they reach 180m in depth. Their formation goes back 150 million years to the Middle Jurassic age, when the dinosaurs populated this region. Their footprints can be seen here today.
Take a short break for lunch (own expense) in Nazaré, a quaint fishing town famous for its variety of restaurants and cafes. A popular summer retreat for the Portuguese, the village offers an interesting insight into local life. Short stop at the Nazaré cliffs to see the ocean views

Unfortunately did not give time to meet Óbidos but the rest of the tour was very good!
We are very disappointed with this service, we had paid for an excursion with a French guide and upon arrival this was not the case he spoke only Portuguese and English, moreover the excursion organization was changed, we had to eat in fishing village and ate ourselves a tiring. We do not recommend this excursion. Victor is not following these local providers

O guia Mauro fala sim ingles, portugues e francês, mas o senhor disse que não gostava do nivel de francês dele apesar do guia fazer regularmente excursões em francês. O Itinerário vendido foi seguido ao detalhe e concretizado com sucesso. O senhor de manhã reclamou com o guia por nao achar que o nivel de francês era suficiente, ainda antes de entrar na carrinha. Nós ai oferecemos uma possibilidade de reembolso, mas nesse caso não concretizaria a visita guiada. O senhor recusou a oferta e quis fazer o passeio na mesma, apenas para a meio do passeio tentar fazer os pedidos de reembolso. Lamentamos que nao tenha gostado da experiência e esperamos tê-lo numa próxima, obrigado! Vous avez refusé cette offre et souhaité faire l’excursion malgré tout, pour ensuite demander un remboursement en cours de visite. Nous regrettons que l’expérience ne vous ait pas satisfait et espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau à l’avenir. Merci !
An incredible full day tour of Fatima, Nazare and the caves.
I love booking tours through Viator although this time I was disappointed. I had booked a tour for March 20th. On the 18th I changed the trip for March 19th. I received new tickets and saved them to my Apple Wallet. I sent an email to the provider with the heads up. This was a private tour so I wanted to confirm the pick up time. No response. I sent a second message on the 18th. I tried calling - no response. On the morning oh the 19th I sent another message and called. No response. I had my hotel call twice thinking I could not connect with my phone. Still no response. I then chatted with Viator customer service. I was told they would email the provider and email me back. Still nothing. At 10am I called Viator - they reached out to the provider and responded that they had no availability for March 19th. Yet I had ticket vouchers. I still have not received a response or received a refund.
Good trip to explore key sites around Lisbon. Glad to visit the holy place Fatima and Obido. Next time probably should spend more time to appreciate the locals more.
This tour is must ! 5star ! Our tour guide , Ramiro was lovely , professional and thoughtful to all our needs . We loved all the sights and took some amazing photos of Natural caves , Nazare , Obidos , Fatima . The best is we could customize this trip based on the weather conditions and didn’t feel like we missing anything . If you want a mix of nature and historical sites / towns this is the one !
Fantastic experience. Not only did we see great sites we also learned a lot about Portugal very accommodating making sure we saw everything that was important to us. The bottle of water was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Late skipped whole stop in Nazaré. Got lost.did not get full experience. Too expensive for experience
We had an amazing day. Visiting Obidos and Nazare were our favorites! Niko and Vasco were welcoming and knowledgeable. They knew the best places to go for beautiful views and were able to share so much knowledgeable. We had the best day!
