Alfama is a delightful maze of narrow cobbled streets and ancient houses, which lead up the steep hill from the Tejo Estuary to the Castelo de São Jorge. Contained within this diverse and charismatic district are many of Lisbon’s most important historic buildings, including the Se Cathedral, the Castelo de São Jorge, the Panteão Nacional and the Igreja de Santo António.
It is a traditional shopping area that mixes old and modern commercial establishments, mostly located at the Carmo and Garrett streets. The Chiado is also an important cultural area, with several museums and theatres.

LXFactory is a trendy shopping and dining area situated in a redeveloped 19th century industrial site. Former textile warehouses and printing factories have been transformed into design offices, artists' studios and hipster stores with colorful street art plastered on the walls.
Mouraria is where the Moors were allowed to live after the Christian reconquest of Lisbon in 1147, before being expelled together with the Jews in 1497. Little survives from that period except for traces of the medieval wall, but this curiously remains the most multiethnic neighborhood in the city

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with this tour. Not only was he surprised but had so much fun! Our tour guide, David, was excellent, knowledgeable and punctual. I highly recommend this tour! Everyone was waving and smiling as we rode by! Folks were taking photos and inquiring how they could do the tour. I am so glad we did this tour! It was worth every dime! 😊
Jorge was fantastic! We had a blast cruising around town on the side car motorcycle. It was for sure one of the highlights of our trip. We had an amazing time on our sidecar tour with Daniel. He was extremely nice, friendly, and genuinely passionate about Lisbon. He shared so much interesting history and local insight, and he did it in a way that was engaging, patient, and easy to follow. Daniel was also incredibly accommodating throughout the entire tour. He made sure we were comfortable, took us to great photo spots, and let us go at our own pace. Safety was clearly a top priority, and we felt completely at ease the whole time. This was one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re visiting Lisbon, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Daniel — you will not regret it!

Amazing 2h tour with Daniel and his colleagues to discover Lisbon in an original way. Daniel speaks impeccable French which is very pleasant for the many explanations he gives us throughout the walk. We saw the best spots in Lisbon. I highly recommend! Thank you, Daniel.
A 3 hour walk with Daniel, who speaks French perfectly, who drives safely and who knows the city of Lisbon very well. It will tell you the whole history of the city and introduce you to the most beautiful places of this city. We had a great time.
