This was not was what I was expecting, and not in a good way. I received a message to push my appointment back 2 hours. Then when I arrived they seem surprised and somewhat disappointed that I was there. The environment was not relaxing, there was a big dog growling as I walked in, and the place did not look clean. Once I was in the salon area the instructions given were not clear. I was left alone most of the time and they did not provide everything in the description. The only saving grace was the masseuse. She provided an excellent massage. Other than that, I left feeling cheated for the amount of money that I paid for this experience.

First, the change of appointment time was not imposed by our center. We contacted you in advance, explained the situation, and the new time was agreed upon and confirmed by both parties. It is therefore surprising to see this presented as though it had been forced upon you without notice. Regarding our dog, pets are always welcome at our facility. However, they remain exclusively in the upper reception area and are never permitted in the relaxation and treatment areas, where all spa services and massages take place. We would also like to clarify that some of the services you expected were not included in the package you purchased. During your visit, additional services were requested, and we explained that these would have required an upgrade rather than being provided free of charge. We are pleased that you appreciated the massage and the professionalism of our therapist, as this is a core part of the experience we strive to deliver. While we respect every guest's opinion, we believe it is unfair to characterize the entire experience negatively because additional services, not included in the purchased package, were not provided at no extra cost. I was very disappointed because the moment I finished doing the route or discovered that I paid 90 euros more. The deception is because in addition to TripAdvisor there is an additional agency called Viator. Be careful. But the path and especially the Tibetan massage met expectations

Fantastic spa experience. Started out with a sugar scrub and then steam room along with showering off before couple massage. After massage, we were given Prosecco to enjoy. Took 2 hours and was well worth the money and time!
