If you are planning a tuk tuk tour, I recommend Marta! A fantastic professional who made our tour worth it! She knows the city very well and her historical knowledge impressed us. The tuk tuk tour is the best option because of the immense hills of Lisbon. We saw everything and then we went back to the points we liked most, besides the huge recommendations that Marta gave us. Tour 100% recommended!
I wish I had arranged this trip earlier in our stay as it was the perfect way to see the areas of Lisbon and to brush up on our history. Our tour guide Ricardo showed us Lisbon with completely new eyes. I have visited the city a few times before and must say that the mixture of local knowledge, historical inputs and a humorous atmosphere has been my best experience in Portugal so far. After a tour filled with personal anecdotes and interesting historical and cultural classification, I must say that I can count Lisbon among my favorite cities. Absolutely must!
Our tour guide Ricardo was incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He made sure we got all the important information about the city, answered all our questions and constantly checked in to make sure we were having a good time. Would really recommend. See you next time we are in Lisbon!
I went on the tuktuk tour with my friends last week and it was amazing! Ricardo, our guide, was fantastic and really knowledgeable and passionate about Lisbon. You get a view and appreciation for the city you would not have when visiting by yourself. Definitely a must-do when you visit Lisbon!

I booked Lisbon Soul Tours for a corporate event. At first she seemed helpful and professional however this is far from the case. First she quoted her price without IVA and then Lisbon Soul Tours thought it was appropiate to contact me on my personal number on a Sunday because she lacked the time management skills to manage her time and she thought it was appropiate to contact a customer out of office hours on a SUNDAY. She was doing her accounting and needed information from me. The lack of respect for my personal time was shocking and frankly I found it beyond rude that she thought contacting a customer on Sunday appropiate. Her response was " its the only day I have to take care of it". Her lack of time management skills is not my responsibily nor any other customers. Contacting out of office hours to discuss a non urgent work matter is beyond rude and outlines her complete lack of respect for her customers time. I was actually at a wedding trying to enjoy my day. I sent the basic information she requested, but she then continued to message me, expecting me to jump because she wanted me to jump. My messages were short because being reached out to on a Sunday is unprofessional and she is ruining my day. She then continued to expect me to answer her messages and I messaged her saying it was inappriopiate and rude to be contacting me on a SUNDAY and there is nothing tat cannot wait until Monday. SO SHE CANCELLED MY BOOKING. No apology because she was in the wrong, no undertstanding that I was at a wedding with my family and see was unsetting my day, no understanding that contacting a customer on a SUNDAY is out of order! NO IT WAS ALL ABOUT HER, she clearly thinks she is the most important person in the room. She is beyond unprofessional, do not fall for the fake niceness it is a front!

From the outset, I maintained a professional and collaborative approach, doing my best to accommodate your requests — even while being on holiday during the date of the event. The phone number used to contact you was the one you personally provided, stating: "You can reach me on …". At no point were working hours shared with me, nor was I informed that you would be attending a wedding. The Sunday message was simply to request your company’s tax details — a standard and essential step for issuing a proper invoice. When I attempted to validate the taxpayer number you sent, I found that it was not registered with any official governmental system. It was this serious lack of transparency that led me to seek clarification. What followed was a series of responses that were discourteous and confrontational. This, combined with the absence of clear fiscal information and an increasingly difficult communication dynamic, raised serious concerns about the security and professionalism of proceeding with the booking. My decision to cancel the service was not taken lightly, nor was it based on a misunderstanding. I acted in the best interest of my team and business, which is built on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect. I take pride in never having failed a partner or client — this was an unfortunate and rare exception made in order to protect the integrity of my work and colleagues. Had a super tour with Marta. She was extremely knowledgeable and brought the history of Lisbon alive. She was also a very good driver which is important bearing in mind the number of Tuk Tuk drivers fighting for the same parking spaces! Thank you Marta!
