Get picked up at your hotel in Lisbon by your private guide and take off towards the town of Fátima in a comfortable private car. Once a sleepy countryside village, Fátima became famous in 1917 when three small children saw apparitions of the Virgin Mary; since then it has become an important pilgrimage site for Catholics across Europe.
We start our day doing all your religious and souvenir shopping in a quick stop at Fatima's shopping center. Then proceed to the Shrine: The Chapel of Apparitions and the Basilica of the Holy Trinity are different places of worship within in the Sanctuary and allow visitors to tour. Don’t miss the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, which holds the tombs of the now-deceased children who witnessed the apparition - Saint Francisco Marto, Saint Jacinta Marto and sister Lucia.
Afterwards, we will be returning to Lisbon. Luncvh stop not included on the tour's time frame

I had been in frequent communication with Daniella to arrange the Tour, her responses were quick, clear, patient and very helpful. On her advice we went for the Compact Tour as our ship's departure made the full day doubtful. After a very informative drive to Fatima, Daniella guided us around the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and then we had free time to see the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Daniella is an accomplished guide, clear speaking (American English) and with a wealth of anecdotes and relevant information. Would highly recommend this tour.
Daniela was so gracious, friendly, so very knowledgeable and a wonderful driver! She gave such a lovely tour of Fatima and she expressed her religious beliefs and knowledge of the this beautiful miracle that we were able share on this magnificent site.

Our half day tour of Fatima was wonderful. Daniela was a fabulous guide. From booking to pick-up, communications could not have been better. She arrived to pick us up at our AirBnB and transported us to Fatima in her beautiful vehicle. Her knowledge and dedication to the shrine at Fatima was evident in the way she described the story of Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta and the response the children received from the neighbors, the local government and the Church and how that evolved over the course of the Apparitions. We had a great trip with Daniela and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to visit this sacred place.

Daniela was excellent. She confirmed pickup at our hotel. Right on time. Talked to us about what we wished to accomplish at Fátima. Smooth drive. She gave us a great tour of the old basilica. Then gave us free rein to do what we wanted to do (attend Mass, light candles for our friends and family in need). Met us at the pickup point and took us back to Lisbon. Dropped us off at Gulbenkian Museum at our request (after her offer). Highly recommend her and the Fátima visit.

Daniella our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with the short amount of time we had for a half day tour. What an amazing company this is. From booking to pick up the service was impeccable. They answered emails queries within hours. I was travelling with my mother who has mobility issues and Daniella was so hands on helping push the wheelchair and making sure mum was comfortable. She even helpedorganisee an extra stop for a hot drink andhomemadee cake when mum got cold. Her knowledge of the surrounding area and the history of the Apparitions at Fatima was astounding. I would 100% recommend. Thank you for making mine and mums flying visit so easy, enjoyable and informative.
