Carmen was an excellent tour guide of Pompeii. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pompeii is extensive and it would have been challenging to have covered the area and noticed points of interest without her help. Highly recommended!

What a great day! We decided to get outside of Rome for a day during our stay, and this private tour to Positano and Pompeii was amazing. Our driver, Emanuel, was friendly and professional, and our tour guide at Pompeii, Natalia, was the best tour guide we have experienced during our holiday - she was knowledgeable, energetic and personable and made this fascinating town come to life - making it relatable for our three daughters (10, 12 and 14 years old). While it was only a short taste of positano (two hours there), we managed to buy some dresses, sandals and ceramics so did well! Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Great tour with Carmen! She kept the material interesting, and engaging for the tweens. We focused on one of the recently excavated digs. Great lunch in Naples afterwards, in the high speed train from Rome could not be any easier. An amazing day trip based out of Rome.
We had a wonderful tour of Pompeii with Liia. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and warm, and brought the site to life in a way that felt engaging. We learned so much and really appreciated how clearly she explained the history and daily life of Pompeii. Importantly for us as a family, my two daughters (15 and 11) were genuinely interested throughout and both really enjoyed the tour, which says a lot given the scale of the site. It felt well paced, informative and thoughtfully delivered. We came away with a much deeper understanding of Pompeii and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended. The whole experience was seamless, with a private car meeting us at the station in Rome and collecting us again after the tour to take us to Naples, which made the day incredibly easy and stress-free.
Very knowledgeable and very friendly tour guide highly recommend for everyone else. She gives good descriptions and is funny throughout the tour.
We did this as a semi private tour as did not see the tour on the drop down box. That being said, we were the only two on the tour. Lia was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The only problem was the weather as it rained half way through. The rain didn’t ruin the tour of Pompeii, but change the lunch location and the trip around Naples and Mt. Vesuvius.
