Excellent communication and service!!! Easy to order, reasonable price, beautiful car and progressional and helpful driver!!
Excellent service, picked us up at the assigned spot and helped with luggage. I would definitely use again.
Unfortunately, this transfer service was a very disappointing experience, especially after a long trip and arriving in Rome for the first time. To be fair, the driver did message us with instructions on where to meet him at the train station. However, as first-time visitors to Rome, the directions were not very clear or easy to follow, and we spent quite a while trying to figure out where to go before finally locating him. The bigger issue happened when we arrived near our hotel. The driver initially wanted to drop us off about 6 blocks away, saying there were too many people and it was difficult to reach the hotel area. We specifically booked and paid for a private transfer to our hotel, so this was extremely frustrating, especially with luggage in a crowded city we were unfamiliar with. My husband had to ask if there was somewhere closer he could take us. The driver became visibly irritated, huffing and puffing, before eventually dropping us off about 2 blocks away instead. While we understand Rome can be busy and crowded, we still expected the service we paid for. Overall, the customer service and attitude were disappointing, and the experience added unnecessary stress to our arrival in Rome.
Thanks for your review *meeting point at the station is standard for all the companies and travellers...90% of people find it easily some others have some issues but it is not depending on us ... *from the gps of the vehicle we can see that your drop off was 120 yards from the hotel... considering that your hotel was in a PEDESTRIAN area this is a pretty good result... you CANNOT be dropped in front at the hotel door is it's illegal to get there by any kind car/van
Excellent transfer! On time, easy to find with a sign, and great communication. Smooth, pleasant drive, and very helpful with luggage. Professional service, highly recommend!
Our driver showed up a little late citing a car accident. Otherwise good experience, our driver got us from the train station to the hotel safely.
Wonderful, comfortable, timely, would absolutely use this service again. The drivers are so kind and take on the mission to get you to your destination seriously.
Our driver was waiting for us exactly where the company said he would be. He placed our luggage in the van, drove straight to our hotel. No problems, no stress. Hassle free!
The communication before the trip was spot on. The vehicle was big enough to accommodate all our luggage. It was clean and looked well maintained and new. The operator was very helpful in communication before the transfer. He pointed us to the fact that our train was cancelled. This prompted us to go to the train station early and catch an earlier train. I rate this experience 5 stars.
I didn't care for the fact that the driver only took on one of our suitcases, instead of both. Seemed inconsiderate. The ride was fine.
Wish I could give this driver zero stars. He was RUDE! It was pouring rain and we tried to buy umbrellas at the pharmacy in front of the pick up location and he yelled at us that he had no time for that. We then got in the car and he fussed at me for not getting the vouchers out fast enough. He then yelled at traffic and drove crazy the whole way to the hotel. It was AWFUL! This is my first bad review of my entire stay in Italy
this is something we like to investigate, can you please email us with few more details. we are very sorry about your bad experience and we will take this matter seriously
