We had a great overview of the city. Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. She helped us appreciate the history.
This tour was excellent ... you couldn't do better, for a guide, than Filipe - extremely knowledgable about the city and its history (as you would expect of someone with a PhD in history). Filipe made the whole experience very interesting and wasn't stumped by any of the, many, random questions he was asked.

We joined the 3:30 pm tour with Jorge yesterday and can't rate it highly enough. A 'must do' for anyone visiting Porto. It was a wonderful two hours of seeing and hearing about the lovely city with a guide who was extremely passionate and very knowledgeable about his city. We saw places we never would have known existed and the pace was just right in the summer heat for the range of ages present. Sadly we did it on our last day so would really recommend starting your visit with this tour so you can revist sites with a bit more insight and experience the restaurants that you will hear about. Totally recommend it.

A very enjoyable tour with Jorge, who shared his knowledge and love of the city. We learned a lot about the its history and cultural origins, as well as some interesting stories about a few of its key figures. It would have been good to cover a bit more ground to help us get our bearings and a better feel for the city's geography.

Highly recommended, Luiz the guide was knowledgable and enthusiastic. The walk was interesting, informative and fun. Definitely worth doing if you are in Porto. The walk covers a wide range of topics. The pace was good and Louis gave the group opportunities to ask questions.
