Boarding time is 6:30 p.m and and lasts until the boat cruises promptly at 7:00 pm. Cruising duration is 2 hours, ending at 9:00 p.m. During your cruise, Jazz will play throughout the night while the sun sets and stars begin to illuminate behind southern clouds. Indulge in a delicious Creole Dinner Buffet in a richly appointed dining room designed with plush Victorian style draperies and soft period lighting. Menu items may include: red beans and rice, jambalaya, Cajun Seafood Pasta, Cajun Braised Beef Brisket, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, our signature White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce, and more! Make sure to grab a drink at our bar made of Louisiana cypress and adorned with brass railings for a warm and inviting setting. Then take the stairs to our promenade deck for a night to remember. Let the sweet breeze from the Mighty Mississippi intoxicate your senses while you dance the night away among the stars.

Dinner was wonderful, the music was lively (my 7 y.o danced all night) and it was such a comfortable atmosphere. Id highly recommended this to anyone whos interested.
The cruise could have been better. I rate it 3/5. The entertainment should have been music to keep everyone entertained, especially sitting inside. I would have been happy for a Pandora box playing. The food- the RUE OF THE GUMBO WAS BURNED. Red beans were served cold. Maybe dessert could have been better with 2 or more choices. I would like a refund 25% would FARE I PAID 327.00. We did not get our monies worth AT ALL!!!

Enjoyed the cruise on the Mississippi and the jazz quartet was easy on the ears. The dinner was OK and there was plenty. Our server, Nell, was attentive and receptive to taking our picture during the meal. If doing this again, probably would not purchase the meal since it was inside.
Very pleasant trip; good jazz band; very helpful crew. My wife and I had a great evening. I keep typing, because it won’t let me move forward, until I hit 100 characters.
This is one of the top activities that I did on my trip to New Orleans, the ship is very safe, large indoor and outdoor places to be, you can be everywhere. Nice view of the city at sunset and night. Food is good, not a big variety but taste good. The best of all is the jazz band outside, they sound great and have a calm and nice interaction with people.
Had a great smooth ride down the Mississippi River on the Creole Queen. Everyone was very courteous and kind. Jazz music on board was great. Was a little disappointed that there wasn't more of someone telling a narrative about the history of the area over the loudspeaker. Otherwise, wonderful cruise.
The ride would probably been better if it wasn’t so hot. It really didn’t meet my expectations for the price.

I was disappointed because I thought the cruise was also a tour of New Orleans. The music was not inviting nor exciting.

The weather and music was great! The food delicious! The staff was excellent! The other guest on the cruise made the night a memorable occasion!
