Upon arrival we were told to go down the sidewalk to the boat only to be told by another employee to tobacco to where tge first boat was loading and wait the other boat would pull foward! Employees out there need to communicate with each other
Excellent tour perfect for people who don't want to be out for a long time but still get to see alot for a great price
Tour said top of hour for 75 min ride but waited on boat for 30 mins, then only went a little way then turned around. Ride was about 45 mins. Ride was nice.
Boarding (aside from cruise time) is traditionally 30 minutes. As riverboats proceed at a slower speed than large commerical boats, a 75 minute cruise will provide a cruise in the port and return in the total 75 minutes.
Lovely experience, the gift shop is great and the staff are awesome !!! I’d recommend this place to anyone and it’s close by to the French Quarter. It also it close to tour busses and a cute rail cart you can ride too
We hope your entire visit to New Orleans was as enjoyable as your visit with us. Thank you.

We had a great time providing a memorable experience for you. Thank you.
Be prepared for hot, humid weather. Interesting facts about New Orleans. Lots of room; tables, chairs, etc.
A little disappointed that we didn't hear any historical stories of NOLA on the cruise, that was our main reason for booking the cruise without the meal
Great tour I enjoyed everything. I recommend this tour. I enjoyed the history and the view. The captain and staff gave awesome service.
Fabulous review and we truly appreciate it all.
It was ok. Kind of boring. Gave us time to sit and relax between activities. At least we got to say we rode on a paddle boat on the Mississippi River.
Thank you for sailing on today's Mississippi River. Today the Riverboat sails through the international Port of New Orleans, which supplies goods and services from around the world to the middle, and outreaches, of middle America. The location of the city hundreds of years ago was to be a protective port and one which would thrive on commerce
This was a relaxing excursion with some New Orleans history. Easy access on and off. Beverages available and plenty of restrooms.
Wonderful review on our new 75 minute sightseeing cruise. We appreciate your input.
