Overall great experience and the Jaxz was wonderful! The team was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.
The Steamboat Natchez was a great experience; it was an awesome way to cap off my 4-day solo trip in New Orleans. The crew, the jazz band, and the captain's narration of the Mississippi was fantanstic. I will definitely have to try the evening cruise to see the city's skyline at night next time.
Was very interesting. This was a very relaxing way to see and learn about the Mississippi. I wanted something chill on our last day and this was a great decision
The wait time for boarding was ridiculously too long! Then the time to cruise out was so long it was embarrassing that I fell asleep on my date! There is too much idle time and I would not do this again. It felt so unorganized.
The Steamboat experience was great fun. It was a really relaxed vibe on the boat. It wasn't overly busy and the band made it a super-chilled time. Thouroughly enjoyable.
My whole family from 5-86. Loved this. The narrator was exceptional and made the experience enjoyable.
It’s a wonderful experience sailing down the Mississippi River on this steam boat, lots of lovely sights to see and the cocktails on board are so yummy, have to try them. Lots of information given on the tour would highly recommend it.
This adventure was absolutely amazing! The captain and the staff on the steamboat cruise were so friendly and knowledgeable, plus the food and drinks were really great! The fried chicken was the best I believe I’ve ever eaten and I will definitely be back at some point. Two thumbs up!!
Dont let the wait in line with the shrill music deter you. The ride was lovely. The history was shared over the speakers on the way down and music on the way back. There is a lovely breeze on the front of the boat. You can take some great pictures from the back of the boat. However, I was under the impression we would zip off shortly after 2. Rookie mistake, 230 was closer to the time and I had to move dinner reservations.
Don't forget your sunscreen even on gray days and ear plugs when they blow the horn. Enjoyed a lot the capital comments
